The ordering process was quick and easy.
The delivery service wasn’t so good ☹️ Very heavy, wet and damaged (due to too much weight /water and weak cardboard outer box) was left on our doorstep.. no knock ( we were both in ) it was a case of pulling out the sacks of food (which luckily were in plastic ) on the doorstep which wasn’t ideal . Suggestion : stronger boxes to carry two sacks (24kg) also make sure delivery company knock properly etc etc .

Once again
Once again, my delivery was not received. There is no tracking of drivers once items are "out for delivery". The drivers appear to realise how heavy the package is (60kg in one cardboard box and then drive off without delivering and state the recipient was not at home. I have caught one driver doing this and stopped him. I told me "oh it heavy". I have still not received my order: #CHD12860.

Good product which my springer spaniel enjoys. Better price than I had been paying from a local pet shop. So will be using this service again. However, I did find the Web page difficult to navigate, especially when trying to find a delivery date.
Would recommend the product.
