This is a great company. I have placed 2 orders with them and had no problem at all with them. I almost didn't order because of these negatives views but I'm so happy I ordered anyway... Not one problem with getting my books. Took longer than Amazon's 2 daydelivwry but I recieved them in 10 days. Recommend this company

I placed an order months ago and have not received my order. Tracking says it was returned to sender for whatever reason. Once it said that I contacted them for months for a refund and have received no response and have not been refunded at this time.
This is a horrible company with terrible customer service. Do not order from them

I Ordered a EBook From This Site and was one of the worst experience ever.
Also, I Ordered my Ebook and it took 24 hours to Confirm that I wasn't getting the book I order. I canceled right after and it's been 3days and I still haven't received my Refund.

This site is Sad, and I them not to work with 3rd parties, just to download a EBook.

My item was purchased weeks ago and never shipped. I was able to get ahold of one person but they can’t seem to give me an update. I’m desperately trying to get a refund. My order was over $50.

What a rip off company who states ChurchSource as their title. Very misleading and fraudulent. Can't reach customer service to track shipping if it was even shipped. I am reporting to the BBB, someone needs to stop this scam of a company who takes your money but does not ship your product.

Wish I had read reviews before making online purchase. No update when shipping and impossible to get thru to customer service. This company is anything but Christian.

Ordered 7 items from this website. Took 9 days to arrive. Decent deals just long delivery times with no updates.

“Shop” app can’t find the tracking number and hasn’t gotten updates on the order, so the company provides no tracking information through the 3rd party app they say they partner with.

I ordered a Bible from church source. I received it yesterday, and it is not 109.99
Bible. For being a first time customer, I am very disappointed. I am able to return the Bible, but, I will not get fully refunded for the price I paid. This is not a good company to do businesses with. Poor
Customer service. As I was looking over my Bible, 2 Samuel chapters 10-20 have huge creases on every page towards the bottom. This is 109.99 Bible. There are other companies that will work with you. When you buy a Bible from a Bible company, honesty and integrity should be the number one priority in a company, that takes pride in there work. Nobody should receive many deep creases in pages of the book of 2 Samuel. I wish I read the reviews first. I would never ordered from this company again. Over priced, bad quality for the price Church Sources charges. D-

I returned a book and I had to pay for the shipping myself which was no problem; but I did not get a my full refund back. They refunded me the cost of the book, but kept the tax and shipping cost. I hate to say it; but I will not be ordering nothing else from this place again.

Their processing time is longer than the said 2-3 days, it's more like 7-10 days. Then add the supposed 7-10 daysbof shipping. On top of that, you can't even get a shipment update or tracking number. It's nice to chat with someone going on the last week but continually can't provide updates on tracking because "waiting to hear back from team."
The experience dealing with them is unfortunate/highly disappointing. I've never experienced this in any online ordering or company. Please dont expect to get your delivery at a decent timeline or their supposed processing and delivery times. I would think they would uphold standards considering the items they sell. I am buying bibles and need them for a specific purpose and time? It was my first purchase and will be the very last time. I would not recommen due to the lack of care. You can find other sites selling the same items and hopefully get them in time.

I ordered a book for class in August, and it was promised to arrive within 2-8 business days. When I reached out, they said the book was out of stock and would not arrive on time. Now, I'm stuck without the book I need for class. When I requested them to cancel the order that hasn't yet shipped, they replied that they weren't able to do that. They said I would have to pay return shipping after it finally arrived.
