I had a question about my order status and the customer service team replied almost instantly. They kept me updated during the week it took for my package to arrive. The dress fits perfectly and the service was top. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I like the brand for there quality and discounts if you buy more you get a nice discount on the products so i am happy with the packages.

Hey i was to late with my package to pick it up at a service point it took me 2 weeks after communication with custemer service i got my package not really happy with the service but the quality of the product was good.

Top quality and surprisingly great service!

I was a little hesitant to order at first, but my experience with Cicimi was really positive. The clothes looked exactly like the pictures, and the fabric felt even better than expected. Shipping took a little longer, but everything arrived neatly packaged. My little boy has already received so many compliments on his outfit!
