I purchased a beaded red wedding dress and when I receive the dress beads were hanging by treads.the dresses does not look anything like the photo.ALL They are nothing like the pictures and are cheaply produced. I have tried to action a return but to no avail.I RESEARCDED the company and i found the company CONTACT INFO which is NINE ONE NINE⁹³⁹²⁵⁴⁴ I contacted them through the this number i was able to get in touch with company customer service Really good customer service!!communicate and the issue was sorted quickly. Thank you

Like most lm sure site showed one thing received the complete opposite. Just a complete fraud . Site stands by money back guaranteed but will not refund me . Just purchased a day ago she’s actually trying to convince me to pick another over refunding me back my money not shocking at all . Just a complete nightmare. 🤬

I ordered 3 lace wigs for 59.99 and received them they are not lace wigs at all this is sad how yall take people money and have a fake site. These wigs are nothing what I ordered. I will be reporting this to the bbb so they can Investigate your business. Some one needs to contact me regarding asap

If I would give them ZERO stars I would! Fell for their SCAM and I'm now fighting to get my money back! Their wigs are TRASH! I could by the same wig on Wish for $5. I'm still fighting them to get my money back, and have had to report this to PayPal to dispute their charge and have them help me get my money back.

This company is so terrible, I was a first time buyer and was not satisfied, I wrote to them about the poor quality of the wigs and requested a full refund, as that is what there policy said on the website. However they have been saying that they would refund the money full price now they are saying 20% refund, I told them know and now they have changed there websites from the original site and now they wig price is no longer 3 for $50.00, some sites offer 2 wigs this is ridiculous, I want my full refund and now I see that their company is not of American origin.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS A SCAM! Their pictures are falsely advertising wigs that are not at all what you are purchasing compared to the pics. $54 dollars later and I cannot get my money back.

I wish there was a "zero star" rating. This wig company is HORRIBLE!. The wigs I ordered look NOTHING like what I received. The wigs they advertise is not what you will get. I guess you get what you pay for. Do not order from this company unless you're looking for wigs for a play or halloween!

This is the worse online purchase I have ever made. I purchased 3 wigs for 50 even though they were what was advertised only one of them was close to what I ordered and the other 2 were the exact same. So bot order wigs from thid site!
I ordered two wigs in different lengths and when I got them they looked nothing like in the pictures on their site. I checked their site and it said full money guarantee so I emailed them and explained the situation.
They got back to me asking me to send pictures of the wig. I shouldn’t have to send pictures but I did thinking if that’s what I take to get my money back.
The reply I got from them the next day was “We can see you haven’t been taking care of the wig”...
I have done nothing but take it out of the bag and tried it on only to put it back in the bag.
Is it the company or the customer that should be happy with the product?
I will not stop until I get my money back and I will never order from them again!
