I have not received my package for a month, and support has not provided a meaningful response. Order 34435, name Mate Foldesi

About a month ago I ordered 16 products but only 13 arrived, messaged them 3 times since, got no reply back apart from some automatic e-mail telling me they are out of office.

Update: Customer service reached out to me and they were super helpful about my missing products. Thank you again for resolving the issue.

The Kumiho Toth C is absolutely underrated. It gives an undeniably good taste and feels worthy with its leathery body and beautiful colors. The pods are top fill and last long.
Meanwhile I have a collection with different colors and can absolutely recommend it!
