Placed order in October - it never arrived and took them 3 months to cancel it. It's now February and the refund hasn't reached my account. Genuinely concerned it's a spam company who send their products to so-called influencers so they can post it on their social channels.

I had previously ordered 2 knits and all fine. In April 25, I ordered a new knit and a couple of weeks passed and nothing despite the email confirmation of a week delivery. I emailed, messaged on Instagram, used live chat and would receive sporadic messages saying it would arrive soon. I was fed up and asked for a refund and had to keep asking, with the same "It will come soon" message. I FINALLY received my refund 9th July.

I cannot believe how awful the customer service is and how rude they were to continually ignore my messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I can see from the recent reviews below they have a serious issue!

After contacting via email, Instagram and their online web form for a refund for a faulty item I have still not received any response!!

I placed an order 5 weeks ago. Of the 10 items ordered only 3 ever arrived. I returned them straight away for a refund. Its been nearly 3 weeks since I requested a refund, I have not received the outstanding items or the refund which I have been promised on multiple occasions. No communication from the generic Cinta email and Amy (founder) only rarely replies to Whats App messages and Instagram. Appalling - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolute joke- ordered an item a month ago, and no sign of it. Customer service unreliable- have given two false dates but item STILL not shipped. No idea if I’ll ever see my item or my money back. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I’d checked the reviews before buying. I bought a cardigan after seeing a celebrity (z list) wearing it on instagram. The item did arrive but it was not the size I ordered. They supplied a large when I ordered a small. Contacted them to arrange a refund and the customer services email doesn’t work. Tried instagram too and did get a response after one week but nothing since.
I’m convinced this is all scam. Best case scenario it’s just a completely incompetent owner, but I fear it’s more sinister than that.
Please avoid at all costs.
Will also let this ‘celebrity’ know that they are advertising goods from a corrupt business.

I recently bought a cardigan from Cinta and I love it! Very cute design exactly what was shown on the website, fast delivery and great quality. Thank you Cinta I will be purchasing again very soon :)

Despite a bumpy start, cinta-the-label fulfilled my order which was exactly as pictured and lovely. They had warned me of shipping delays, and although my order took a little longer than I’d expected to deliver, once it had been shipped it arrived quickly and was perfect.
