Very prompt, friendly and helpful - CF19 - BART

Asked the driver to take two very large parcels around the back of the house and he did without question. CF19 - BART

Tracking was fantastic, very accurate. Driver (CF19-BART) was amazing. Had an order of several very large pieces of wood, some smaller pieces, and some large metal support spikes. Double checked where the wood going, even double checked I wanted the spikes in the same area as the wood or if I would rather they be placed elsewhere, checked the delivery against his order and then again with me. Very helpful, very professional.

I received information about delivery and updates very quickly. Contact was made and my items arrived within the time given.CF19-Bart was friendly, helpful and carefully placed my items where I wanted them, I was very pleased with the excellent service.

My order arrived on time and the delivery driver was very happy to help. Thank You!

UPDATE - Wickes has stated to me IN WRITING that because City Sprint TOLD THEM the police were involved they will not be fulfilling any more of online delivery orders (probably as they use no other courier). I have asked for PROOF they have SAID or DONE this with NO RESPONSE. I have also asked CITY SPRINT to provide evidence, they refuse. CITY SPRINT HAS EFFECTIVELY BANNED ME FROM PURCHASING ANYTHING ONLINE FOR DELIVERY FROM WICKES BECAUSE OF A OUTRIGHT LIE. THEY HAVE NOT INVOLVED THE POLICE (or if he has its only to attempt to cover his back as I told him I would report him to the police for assualt). THEY HAVE SAID THIS TO WICKES TO ATTEMPT TO BLAME ME FOR THE INCIDENT. THIS HAPPENED AFTER MY REVIEW BTW. I AM DISGUSTED. THERE HAD BEEN NO POLICE INVOLVEMENT IN THE INCIDENT TO MY KNOWLEDGE. THE POLICE HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME ONCE IN THE TWO WEEKS . I'M THE VICTIM OF A LAZY DRIVER WITH AN APPALLING ATTITUDE AND EVEN WORSE BEHAVIOUR.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE TERRIBLE REVIEWS ON OTHER SITES OF 2.1 AND 2.5. INDEED AND GLASSDOOR. ANOTHER REVIEW PLATFORM OI.REVIEWS MENTIONED AN AGGRESSIVE DRIVER AND THEY CONTACTED THE POLICE! Also mentions of aggressive drivers on this site (check out the 1 star reviews). Please see other review platforms and don't rely on this because theres clearly fake reviews 🙏
UPDATE- I HAD A MESSAGE FROM THEM STATING THAT CITY SPRINT WILL BE DELIVERING MY GOODS TODAY (some 14 days after my order) BUT HAVE SINCE RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM WICKES SAYING CITY SPRINT HAVE CANCELLED AND WON'T BE DELIVERING MY ORDER!!!! SO, I HAVE BEEN LET DOWN YET AGAIN (4th time now) BY THIS DREADFUL COMPANY. AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS TO WICKES. City Sprint replied below saying they were going to contact me privately, but they HAVE NOT EVEN APOLOGIZED. LEAVING A BAD REVIEW HAS MADE THEM PERSECUTE ME FURTHER BY DENYING ME MY GOODS ALTOGETHER NOW !!! 😢 SHAME ON THIS COMPANY!!! I'm epileptic so cannot drive to pick my order up from the store, so rely on them and I have no way of completing my garden projects now 😢 I feel completely PERSECUTED for leaving a honest review 😢 They have caused me nothing but stress for two weeks and ruined my plans for my garden projects. 😢

I've had a terrible experience with this company. The delivery driver first refused to leave my goods at the rear garden gate, then the 2nd time he just didn't bother to attempt a delivery and took it all back to Wickes. Then the 3rd time, when I said I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for this, I expected an apology, but instead he got shirty with me saying 'no point RANTING at me its not my fault I've just come back off holiday' and when I tried to explain it is your companies fault and you are here representing the company, and the number you call on can't be responded to so I'm telling you, but he wouldn't let me finish my sentences, so I said please just go and get the rest of my goods from your van. He said 'no, I'm not bringing it all back here I'm taking it back to the store'. I grabbed the one thing he had brought (a decking board resting against the wall) saying you are not taking my goods back yet again, I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for them! Then he rather shockingly grappled with me and the decking board, a 8 stone 5'2" woman and almost pulled me to the floor!!!! I let go of the board as he was too strong and it fell to the ground and I pushed the end of it through my gate with my foot. He walked off and I shouted at him give me my goods! They are mine I have paid for them. He kept saying no and got in his van and drove off! I'm absolutely disgusted and really shook up about it. His eye was twitching and he was acting really weird. He's lucky I haven't reported him to the police, if I had fallen like the deck board I would have been seriously injured and no doubt I would have called the police, as it was tantamount to assault. But I have informed Wickes of his attitude yet again. I've used City Sprint through Wickes before and never had this trouble before, so I imagine he's a new driver, but I don't want that man anywhere near me again, so I will avoid Wickes deliveries in future and use B&Q. He should be sacked. Its not normal behaviour for a tall large built man to grapple with a woman to try to remove a deck board from her hands. I only wanted my paid for goods, after being let down by them previously. I could of been seriously hurt if I fell (as I almost did) as I have brittle bone conditions after intensive cancer treatment, but I was left with an injured arm/shoulder. It was an absolutely shocking and really upsetting experience. I can only presume that the driver/s didn't want to carry 3 bags of topsoil and a bag of compost around to a rear garden flat. Nothing else explains why they didn't bother delivering on previous occasions. He used my complaint at all the hassle they caused me (20+ emails to Wickes) as another excuse not to deliver to me.
