This is the third time we have used citywide very happy with them if we need to do this again we will use them

Great communication with my loan officer, he was always available and worked so fast.

Greg was very knowledgeable. The only thing I would have liked better would be more phone conversation instead of video.

Chris Flitton at Citywide was extremely helpful in getting us through a very difficult underwriting process with an HOA President that had created some serious filing problems with the property description, etc. Without his expertise, attention to detail and diligence, I doubt it would have happened. He truly went above and beyond to get it all cleared up. I would highly recommend Chris as a top-notch mortgage expert.

RaeJeanne was amazing to work with. She made it easy to get pre-approved and didn't overload us with requests.

Danny Bentley walked us through every step of our home purchase. He got our approvals done in days, sometimes hours, but we never felt rushed. He took phone calls and nervous questions at all hours, and walked us through every line of our disclosures, statements, and closing documents. Even while we shopped around for rates, costs, and service, we quickly realized that Danny's way was the most straight-forward, honest, and efficient service out there. Where other loan companies hid fees and extra closing costs in their forms and made it look like we were getting numerous "discounts", at the end of the day, Danny's estimates were by far the most accurate and truthful to our true costs. He was the best listener, the fastest worker, and the most open and honest loan officer we've ever worked with. I can't wait to work with him again.

Great Rate and Great Service!

This is the 3rd time we gone through a mortgage or refinance option with Citywide Home Loans. Julie B. has been incredible to work with all three times. She walks you through the process, is responsive and overall just fun to work with. Hopefully, this was the last time we need to do this, but she will always be the first call if we need her services again.
