Glad I decided to purchase
I was a little skeptical at first but for 9.99 I decided to take the risk, glad we did! purchased Office 2021, Everything went flawless. Website was easy to maneuver and I got the email setup right away and it was super easy that we ended up getting a second setup for our other PC. Great Service and Price!

The online Chat support with cjkeymall was outstanding. I had a stressful issue and the support chat was quick and helpful with their support. Even when there was a small problem, they recommended a work-around that fixed the problem. 5 star support!

I would buy again from them
I would buy again from them, but know this: You are on your own. Product installation took multiple tries. Support was not cooperative, three word phrases. Suspect these are not English speaking folks, and they do not understand language. I also suspect they are not very honest, nor do they know how to troubleshoot. Product seems to work and it has nothing to do with their customer service. I had to figure out the issue on my own as they appear to have little education. I was going to give it one more day before I filed a dispute.
