Their response to queries was very quick. They were polite and did everything they could to help. I bought 2 pairs one for myself the other for my wife. I was disappointed when I saw the label +2.5 magnification. I could have bought them in a chemist for a fraction of the cost.However these do darken so that is a bonus. I was also annoyed that the shipping and sales tax were added on after I had given my card details. These should be included in the price or detailed before completion of purchase. The quality is pretty good for the price paid. I have been wearing them for a short while and the glasses appear to have adjusted to my eyesight. I will know more when I go out in the car. The delivery was very quick and actually arrived a day early. I emailed a complaint that they were not as presented in the advert and wanted a refund. I received an email offering me 25% of total cost and I can keep the glasses. If nothing else they will be spare pairs and I can keep one in the car or by my bed. So all in all I gave 3 stars because they were not truthful in the advert and did not mention sales and shipping charges which added another €22.00 to the cost. The staff were very helpful and courteous just a shame the company they work for were not very honest in the advertising. I blame Google for allowing this company to advertise without checking out their products and the reviews. I will never buy in this way again. Better to go into a store and physically see what you are buying. You get what you pay for so buyer beware.

Completely false advertising. I can't afford to get new glasses. I've had the same pair for 12 years. So when I saw these glasses at an affordable price I ordered them believing everything on the site. When they came I rushed to try them. All I saw was a blurry that hurt my eyes and gave me a headache. I kept them on for a while believing my eyes just need time to adjust but it never got better. My dad tried them and said they're like his 3.25 reading glasses but for some reason hurt his eyes too. I wanted to send them back for a refund. Everytime I tried it kept freezing and wouldn't go through.

If I could give ZERO I would. The man who advertised these " so called glasses' should be ASHAMED of himself, I don't know how he can sleep at night and even bringing his father into the scam. I have tried & tried to get my refund but they just shut me down!

Usually,I read reviews before I purchase "blindly ", this time I didn't, this time I fell for a scam.... and a costly one by the time shipping and tax was added..

I purchased the Crystal Blue glasses October 3rd for $57.14! Totally ridiculous of me, I should have known better. They sent me tracking but I see they were sent from China. Nothing says when I will get them, even though I found out they were a scam and told them so. They had a guy named Clayton email me and tell me I could return them as soon as I got them. I told them they should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people out of their hard earned money for a fake product just because they wanted better vision!

Do not waste your money on Clarity Blue Glasses. Their social media advertisements are completely fraudulent. They claim these glasses can automatically adjust from 100 to 700 diopters to fix your vision, transition in the sun, and block advanced blue light.
In reality, they are just cheap, flimsy plastic dollar-store glasses with zero prescription power. They do not adjust to your eyes at all, they do not transition in the sunlight, and they are completely useless for vision correction. On top of the product being fake, their customer service is non-existent, making it nearly impossible to get a refund. This is a textbook bait-and-switch scam.

These the glasses are complete pieces of junk. Can't believe I wasted 40.00 plus 15.00 shipping for these pieces of cheap plastic that don't even do anything and they aren't even attractive looking. Don't fall for this scam like I did.

What a rip off! They do nothing as advertised. No vision adjustment. Just a pair of cheap plastic eyeglasses.A waste of money!

Complete scam, they don't autofocus, it even had the +2.50 sticker still on it, so that was a dead giveaway. Like everyone else says cheap plastic feel frames that don't fell very sturdy at all. Also it has small section at the bottom which lights up when you look at a mobile phone which is unclear and very annoying.
I didn't even bother wearing them once, just tried on for like 2 mins and binned them. complete waste of money.

I wore the glasses for several weeks with no problem. Then they started to get loose and I did not see that I could anything about it. It just goes to show that one needs the security of an optician if problems arise. I would like a refund but will I get one

Clarity Blue Glasses is a total rip off. The quality is poor. You will find better quality glasses at the 99 Cent stores. The fine print on returns states “No Refund” they will only send you another pair of cheap plastic glasses. Total scam. All claims are bogus.

Total SCAM. Do not believe what they say in their ad. It’s a ripoff. They r scammers. They charge u in USD an expensive amount for plastic glasses that only cost 1$. You will find way better glasses at the dollar store than these ones. Check the reviews before u buy otherwise u will be loosing ur money and u will fall in their trap just like i did.

BEWARE. They are a piece of glass. I have bifocals that are still good vision, with Crystal Blue my vision was very blurry unable to make out images near or far. when I requested a refund I was offered 20% of total cost, and I pay for return freight.. Disgraceful.

DO NOT BUY! The company is a complete scam. When I received the glasses they were not even from the company and the glasses had a 0/0 script so they weren’t even readers and no blue tint and they do not change into sunglasses as advertised. I paid $50 for a piece of plastic. When I called for a refund they tried to tell me that they could return me 50% even though the company offers a 100% guarantee. I demanded a full refund so they paid me back $39.00 for the glasses minus the shipping. I was hesitant when I bought them thinking the claim was too good to be sure but I figured if that was the case I’d at least have a pair of readers. NOPE

Do not buy. They do not correct vision. The return policy: does not include shipping refund, 15% restocking fee, and a $14.99 dollar return shipping fee. You get back $18.00. They offer you a $19.99 credit back (instantly) if you prefer not to return the glasses.

These glasses are poorly made (cheap) and do nothing to correct your vision. All I got from wearing these glasses was a headache.

Pensioner Hubby bought two pairs of Crystal Blue Glasses from Techwidget.co
They do not automatically 'adjust' to your vision. In fact all he was sent was two pairs of cheap plastic +2.0 magnification glasses that you could purchase in any UK supermarket for under a fiver, needless to say he can't see anything out of them, a complete scam.
Currently trying to get his money back.
