Took my Grandson for new school shoes today, was assisted by Rachel, she was very helpful and knowledgeable and we bought new shoes and scuff protector

I was served by Rachel in the Cardiff store on 2nd September 2024, she was extremely helpful and had a great experience, would highly recommend.

Shop was well staffed. Ed met us at the door and showed us straight to the Kids section. He was patient and courteous with his difficult customer (my 6 y.o daughter!) and I.

Ash (Cardiff) was lovely. Approached us as we came in and asked if we needed help. And now Ivy has her first per of Clarks woohoo! Not forgetting her gave us all the relevant advice with the care pack added!

I was served by Ash as I was shopping for school shoes for my daughter. The shoes I originally wanted to purchase was not available. Ash showed me other similar options which I liked and ended in a sale. He was very thorough in checking the fit of the shoe and communicated any questions well. In conclusion I was very happy with the service and my purchase
Polish was a bit much though mate. Lol

It was a busy shop. Understanding as it was the end of August. A good system was in place with regards to fittings with shop staff. Disappointed by the lack of stock. Resorted to online purchase after measurement.

Went into Clark’s Cardiff (in St David’s) and needed to get school shoes fitted for my three children all of us are Autistic. We were approached and welcomed almost immediately, and Ash was assigned to us. He was so friendly and understanding, and went above and beyond to help and assist us. He tailored the fitting of each child to suit their needs, as my youngest doesn’t like to be touched, he explained everything to him before he did each task. He turned a suspected nightmare into a quick and easy, stress free shop. His excellent service and kindness deserves recognition, and I am so grateful to him.

Ieuan was extremely attentive, he was fantastic with my son, went the extra mile to ensure the shoes were right and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I'm very happy with the service. 11/10

Was served by Rachel D. Was looking for new school shoes for my son. Rachel could not be more helpful. Measured my shoes feet, showed me the collection you stocked. Never felt rushed and gave excellent advice. Glad to see the dying art of Customer Service still lives strong in Rachel. Great Job 👍🏾

Chloe at the Cardiff store was incredibly helpful. She was very friendly and took the time to include my daughter (4) in choosing her school shoes.

The store looked very clean and organised and we were seen and assisted very quickly

Amazing service. My daughter has additional needs but this didn’t hinder Tanisha. She was amazing. We left the really happy with new school shoes.

Ieuan measured my ten year old son and eight year old daughter. He was extremely patient and nothing was too much trouble, despite my daughter being awkward. We eventually walked out of the store with the confidence of Ieuan’s thoroughness and fitting. Thank you 😀
