I had an outstanding experience at the Clarks store in Putney and felt compelled to share it.

I had seen a pair of shoes online that showed as available in-store, and the team went above and beyond to help me secure them. Lulu kindly took the time to locate the item and reserve it for me, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. When I arrived, I received a warm greeting from both and Rohail assisted me and both provided such a warm, attentive and professional service.

Both Lulu and Rohail were incredibly polite, patient and genuinely committed to delivering excellent customer care. It’s rare to come across such a high level of customer service and teamwork and they truly made my day.

Their effort, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile are a real credit to the store and the brand. I hope their hard work is recognised, they absolutely deserve it.

Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this store to others!

I have been going to this Clarks for years buying all my kids shoes there. The past 2 months all the staff changed including management. The staff now extremely rude. The new manager Natalie is horrible. She is lying 🤥 saying you can’t return items and you have to deal with customer services. Never going back again.

I had gone to putney clarks to just to browse for some trainers, I had greeted and served by an employee called Muneeb who treated me with great customer service.

I recently visited Clark’s shoe shop in Putney and had a fantastic experience. Gina and the other staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my shopping experience a pleasure. I bought a pair of Clark’s shoes for my granddaughter as a birthday gift, they look very comfortable on her, and she absolutely loves them. I highly recommend this store for its excellent customer service and quality footwear.

Went to Clarks in Putney for shoes for my daughter. Gina, the manager; and the rest of the team were so helpful. They listened to my requests as I often struggle to find shoes wide enough to fit my daughter's feet. They measured her feet and showed me a selection of shoes which were best to fit her shape of foot.

Worse than bad support both instore and online, So nearly two months later and still no response Dear Support, You keep asking me to goto clarks contact-us with my concern, which i have done and two weeks later no response yet you sent me a email saying Your request (760406) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Yet nothing
Responding the the support below, just like the redness of your staff instore, your online support is the same, 2 weeks later and you do not respond, shows what type of company you are Dear Support, i took my elderly mother to the store in Putney 17 03 2025 and asked for her feet to be measured (size 3 and wide) the lady brought out out size 4.5 and in store my mum put shoes on and said they where okay, we left with her wearing them but after a couple of hours she complained her feet where hurting and when we took them off you could see they where too tight around ankles. We took them back into the store for either an exchange or a refund but the store manager refused. I think it is quite awful that this is the way elderly and someone with alzheimers is treated and at £80 a go
