They increased my shipping cost 3 days after I paid. Now seeing all the bad reviews I think I'll just ask for a refund instead of sending them more money

Hi all,

Normally i never write a review (to be honest it's my first review in 35 years).
I Ordered parts from Classicvolvorestoration.
I had contact with the people of CVR because i had a question about my payment if everything went well.
They Replied in a very short time and were super friendly.
My order was delivered within a week.

After reading the reviews below I had my concerns, but after the good communication and fast delivery that the guys of CVR did I can say that i'm a super satisfied customer.

Keep up the good work Guys.

After 3 months and numerous mails and phone calls my Volvo parts booked in end of October finally arrived home so it’s an happy ending and doubts that I have had over a possible fraud were unfounded. Still the company needs to improve a lot its customer care service and its communication with its clients. If I need new parts I will look elsewhere

I made an order for about 700 euro in October 2022. I expected delivery time but they took the money and seem to have forgotten the order. Response is nearly nil. I should not recommend this firm.

ClassicVolvoRestoration took my money and did not provide all the products, I feel obliged that others are aware . Despite the order being placed 6 months ago , I have a partially filled order (no shipping list provided) with little or no communication, or shipping details of the partially fulfilled order - it still says "Processing" on website . Shipped the cheap pieces and no sign of the expensive parts, seems like they can't even keep records of orders - worst experience, 0 trust.

They don’t have parts in stock and expect to wait at least 2 weeks for partial delivery
