Worst product ever. Material is very cheap. Emails to company go unanswered with no return address.

Deceitful and Manipulative advertising - using Buzz words like classy and Canada. First clue was the tracking did not work, I wrote and asked if they were legit. smarmy answer filled with platitudes promising delivery. A month later, Corduroy swing jacket arrived, 4 sizes too small, flimsy fabric, ripped packaging and no invoice. Was offered 20% refund - chose to send to China for full refund. The envelope and mail costs totalled $20more than the initial purchase price. Smarmy response from Denis- bottom line was offered 30% refund. What a con! silly me, I knew better than to order from China but as a previous review states, says its Canada but it is made and must be returned to China. Big rip off folks, Denis is pocketing the 71% difference between purchase and refund.

My husband bought this for me, it took weeks to arrive, it was enormous. A poor fit, a large and we ordered a small! Terrible quality, no labels, no return details,
What a disappointment as it looked so nice in the description pictures,
Lesson learned, stick to Amazon ordering on line in future.

When I ordered my item online it looked very nice and looked like a high end sweater. What a shock when I opened the parcel. I wouldn’t wear this to weed my garden. So happy with the Classy Canada name. Nothing classy or Canadian about this company. The article in their website states they use high end soft beautiful materials. This is not what I received. When I called about a refund I was told I would be responsible for the shipping. They informed me in an email the address to ship to was in China. The cost for me to send it back was $180. The sweater cost was $75. Now I guess I have an item to donate to the thrift store. I would be embarrassed to offer to give it to a friend or family member.
This company is another scam China website.

Completely negative experience! I would give this 0 stars if that was possible. Based on the purchase of a dress, which looked attractive in the online photo, I will say that neither the product nor the company are Canadian, as described, and that the product itself is not as illustrated or described. The dress purchased was made in China, as indicated by the only tag within; the material is rough, wrinkly, cheap looking, and enormous in size--totally not as expected. And the item shipped was a size large, not as ordered. Credit card purchase indicates Vienna (stated as "Wien" in my credit card record) as the place of business; package tracking indicates that the package was sent internationally, although country of origin is not stated. This was a learning experience on many levels. It is not worth my time or angst to attempt to return this. The item will simply go to the trash.

The dress that arrived after 22 days was nothing like the picture. Stay away from this website!!!

I ordered from Classy Canada under the impression that it was a Canadian company with local fulfillment — both the name and the website give that impression. In fact, their About page says the brand was created “for people in Canada,” and they advertise free Canadian shipping. What’s not clearly stated at checkout or in the main return policy is that returns must be shipped to China at the customer’s expense.

The clothes I received were mostly too large and not wearable without tailoring. When I asked for a return, I was offered a 20% refund to keep the items, which I negotiated up to 40% — but only after a very long and frustrating back-and-forth over several weeks with who I think was a bot. To their credit, they did eventually honour the refund, and the tone throughout the communication was polite. But the time it took to resolve everything wasn’t worth the amount refunded.

Bottom line: If you’re ordering thinking this is a Canadian-based business, know that it’s not. Returns are international and costly. I wouldn’t order again, but I hope they update their return policy and branding to be more transparent moving forward.

Avoid them. Item ordered didn't fit. Asked to return it and told to ship it to Asia. It was ordered from Classy CANADA and shipped in Canada. They said they were a small company and couldn't help me. Beware!!

Zero stars….same experience as others have posted!

I would pick zero stars if the option was there.
First, their website states they are a Canadian company. Yet, I found out they ship from China. False advertising. I ordered two dresses in April 2025. Followed up three times and kept being told they were in transit, and then they stopped responding to me emails. Finally, in mid-July, I asked BMO to do a charge back to my M/C. Classy Canada emailed me to ask me to stop the charge back, sent me a screen capture from the carrier saying the items could not be delivered and asked me to stop the charge back and they would reimburse my card. BMO said not to do that. I told Classy Canada. Then, Classy Canada emailed to say it was unethical of me to do a charge back and keep the dresses. What!? ... they were the ones who sent me the confirmation from carrier that items were not able to be delivered (although I don't know why they could not be delivered. I never have delivery issues with other companies. Very shady business.

Before dealing with Classy Canada, be sure to read the reviews! Unfortunately my wife did not and her purchase of a dress was a sham. The quality is beyond poor....no tags showing the merchant, nor any identification of material use. The return policy is in some distant location in China at YOUR EXPENSE so beware. My advice is DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING AT CLASSY CANADA PERIOD. Since returning the item to China was rediculously expensive we reluctantly accepted their 25% return on my wife's VISA. Please read all the other reviews and learn not to make the same mistake we did.

Scam - stay away . This is not a Canadian company. I ordered a blouse. Took forever to arrive and then the sizing was way off. The label and package said 3x but way over in the corner of the plastic wrap was a sticker saying18/20. The material was cheap and flimsy. Forget about returns. To get a refund you have to send the item back to China at 3x's the cost of the item. Total misrepresentation. Buyer beware.

This is a SCAM "company"

It is NOT a Canadian company! They present themselves as such, but as soon as you click the 'buy' button, it's already too late. 5 minutes later, they send you an e-mail confirmation of your purchase and that the items have been. Then you realize that it's sending from China!! I tried to cancel as soon as I saw that, the SAME day but they told me it's too late, the items were sent.
Then, it took 23 days to get here.
This same day, I went to send them back, but it costs 309$ minimum to send to China, plus the address the SHAM company gave me did not exist! They say all they can do is offer an unacceptable refund of 20%.

AVOID at all cost!
Nothing CLASSY or Canadian about this company!

I ordered an item from Classy Canada thinking it's a reputable Canadian store with “30-day returns” and “free delivery in Canada” clearly advertised all over their website. What a joke.

When the item arrived, the quality was cheap and nothing like what was shown online. I requested a refund — and that’s when the scam started.

Despite their return policy saying you can return “for whatever reason”, they suddenly tell me I have to ship the item at my own expense all the way to China, to a random person. Seriously?!

They now want me to pay international shipping (which costs more than the item itself) or accept a lousy 20% refund and keep the garbage product. Total bait-and-switch tactic. This company is hiding behind the name "Canada" to make people think they’re local — but it’s nothing more than a drop-shipping scam operation from overseas.

They lure customers in with friendly return promises and then pull a 180 after you buy. Absolutely disgraceful and dishonest.

❌ Stay far away. This company is NOT Canadian. The returns are NOT free. And the quality is NOT worth your money. Don't get scammed like I did.

I ordered because it said it was a Canadian company. The clothing I ordered was shipped from China. Cheap material, cheaply made sizing horrible. No returns; they offer 70% off to rebuy but you have to pay shipping which is ridiculousy high. I feel ripped off. Lesson learned

I wish I could give negative stars. If you sell clothing you must accept returns when they don't fit. Not returns to China at the customer's expense which equal the original price.

Do NOT try them - I ordered many xl clothing items when I am usually X and all were way too small and not linen - very cheap from China - terrible - so many regrets - $500 worth sadly...

The blazer I just ordered is a gorgeous material and fits well.
Shipping did take awhile.

Bought a dress for $56. Bad idea but the online photos looked so good. The dress was more like something I could get at a flea market for a fraction of the price. Very poor quality. Of course, they allow returns but what they don't tell you is that you have to pay $70 shipping costs. Stay away from this company.

A total scam . Looks like A Canadian company but is in China , crummy , cheap mayderial and as described at all.
Do not buy from them. Nothing is how it looks.
