J’ai fait en février 2026 une commande pour un luminaire. J’ai été débitée du montant demandé et depuis on me balade prétextant d’abord qu’il y avait une différence de teinte que j’ai acceptée !!! Ensuite mon interlocutrice dénommée Sarah me dit faire tout son possible pour m’apporter satisfaction. Rien! Nada !

De vloerlamp is stijlvol en past perfect in mijn woonkamer. De klantenservice reageerde snel toen ik een vraag had. De verzending was redelijk, maar had sneller gemogen. Over het algemeen een geweldige kwaliteit.

De Art Deco hanglamp ziet er in het echt nog beter uit. De afwerking is uitstekend en geeft de kamer een warme, elegante uitstraling. De website was gebruiksvriendelijk en het afrekenproces verliep soepel. Al met al een geweldige ervaring.

I bought lamps, but I don't like it and want to return. They offer to refund 20% of the total amount and keep the lamps or return shipment on your cost to China. On the website they have offices in the Netherland or Poland, so I thought the return address should be in EU. Knowing the return address will be in China I haven't buy any of their goods. The return cost is the same as the value of the goods.

The wooden wall hooks are simple but very well made. They add a nice natural touch to my hallway. Customer service responded quickly to my question.
