Cleanster is a fraudulent scam that hires cleaners to clean, but don’t pay the cleaners. Cleanster keeps all the money and don’t pay the cleaners for personal gain. Do not clean for this company you will not be paid! Do not hire Cleaners from Cleanster because they do not pay the cleaners. This company needs to be sued and shut down immediately!

I have taken jobs from there before had no issues with Payment. The second time around is horrible. They only almost $400 since March. I normally get paid the same day or next day. Payment now it says it’s in transit. That’s for a bank confirmation cause they can’t pay me through PayPal no more. And when you look on the app says that it’s in transit, I should’ve got it first. It was a Mark 25th, 28th for each one. It was different dates now it’s says it was April 3, April 4, April 6, but still no Payment. None of them Answer. Their phones. Don’t return Text messages. Don’t return emails. They are ripped off horrible but they’re on you like glue. When you take a job for them to make sure that you make their money cause they’ve been paid already. Horrible company to work for you’ll never get paid. So now I am going to court to sue them.

Still cannot get paid. I finally found Ms. Gloria Oppong, the CEO of Cleanster on LinkedIn and guess what, she is no longer able to be reached in LinkedIn. This is after I commented on her posts today informing people of her SCAM COMPANY. Trusting property owners paid her for cleanings performed by CLEANERS SHE DID NOT PAY.

It has been two months and I still haven’t been paid they keep saying they’re going to pay me but they’re opening other locations but not paying their employees smh and the supervisor act like. I’m the problem, they watch you clean houses. It’s so crazy

Honestly, I wouldn’t even give one star. I am so irritated at this site. I’ve been cleaning for 20 years and one they want so many pictures that’s going to take so much time out of your day. I wake up this morning to several jobs that I accepted that I never even seen. I did not accept anything. And their lowball jobs. I’m about to cancel. I haven’t even cleaned my first place. But I would give five star to the sweet lady that answered my phone call because she is the sweetest. Other than the site NO.

Very poor management. They care more about their clients than their cleaners. Its a high turnover rate because they can't keep their cleaners, due to lack of integrity and honesty. They make you go all over to clean. They message you an hour before to do a job. When it takes an hour sometimes more to get to the place. Not to mention they dont pay their cleaners. It is now March 19th and I've been waiting to be paid from February 7th and February 20th resulting in $100. Very unreliable company. Ive already told my friends not to waste their time with this horrible company. Today I got a notification that they opened more locations in other parts of the world for people to recieve their service. Would be nice if you could first get what business you do have under control before opening more locations. There are many cleaners that are still waiting on a payments from a month or more. The companies communication is very poor. They tell you what you they think you want to hear and then dont respond for weeks. I am still waiting to get a response about my payment. I wouldn't waste your time with this company. They do not care about their cleaners.

I signed up with this service as a cleaner after someone mentioned they were a good way to go. I’ve done 2 jobs and haven’t been paid! Then I was told you have to do 100 cleanings before they allow you to change the pay rate. I would NEVER charge such a low amount for cleaning. I opted to complete the 2 jobs I accepted and be done with their service. My next step is legal action bc they have deceptive business practices and I have no intention on letting them slide!

Awful! Do not use them for you clean and do NOT WORK FOR THEM!

If you are a cleaner, avoid this app—they are withholding funds and violating Washington labor standards. If you are a customer, know that the people cleaning your home are not being paid for their labor."

At this point I don’t think I would give them a 1 if I had another option. I have done 4 jobs and not been paid for any of them. The first one was almost a month ago. I have spoken to 3 people, emailed 6 times, and even reached out on Linkedin to the CEO. The only reponse is we will follow up on it. Never a reply back. The CEO, Gloria Oppong, responded to my message with Thanks for your feedback. What a racket they have going! Unbelievable! I plan on pursuing this until I have compensation but it may require legal action to do so.

Scam - man bucht das Abo, um seine Reinigung Teams zu verwalten. In der App wird nicht angezeigt, dass man das Abo gebucht hat. Dann kündigt man den ganzen Account und einen Monat. Später wollen Sie trotzdem noch über Stripe abbuchen, obwohl der Account gelöscht wurde und auch vorher nicht angezeigt wurde, dass es überhaupt ein Abo gibt außer dass man eine Rechnung bekommen über 2,99. support reagiert nicht Termine, die man bucht, wird nicht eingehalten. Es kümmert sich keiner es kommt auch Monate lang keine Antwort. Bei Visa wurde der Vorgang gemeldet und Wise hat mir den Betrag erstattet nicht zu empfehlen diese Firma!!!

I cleaned 2 homes for this site last month and they have still not paid me!! They told me to get pay pal and I would get paid the next day that was 3vweeks ago this site is not reliable they tell you one thing and do another. In fact they had me booked for 5 more cleanings which I said as soon as I get paid from yall I will clean again and they took the cleanings off my profile! They send cleaners into your home and DO NOT PAY THE CLEANERS!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE OH AND I HAVE PROOF!!!

This company never has the correct info for the units to be cleaned or when delivering groceries, the codes are incorrect or they done have gate codes, the pay is extremely low for cleaning, the last job i did which was 7 days ago, I still haven't been paid for, they don't answer the phone, won't return calls, don't text back unless they need something from you. I finally got an answer this morning with the excuse that there having high amount of payment transactions that's why I haven't been paid yet....????? Also, I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see if it's get paid when the billing department is in. Now I'm behind.

I have completed around 80 different jobs for this company and I’m very frustrated with them because I’ve been waiting for weeks to get paid for eight jobs that I completed. This is the third or fourth time I’ve gone through this and I know for a fact they get paid for the cleaners even go to the job All these excuses they’re changing software or is that but how many times can they use that excuse over and over again, I think all of us need to come together and file some kind of legal action against them because on top of that I found out that several customers left tips for me and I’ve never received any of those. I didn’t even know we could get tips on there so I’m not gonna work for a company that continues to scam its employees it’s disgusting and Something needs to change. I’ve talked to Michelle, Margie and Faye and they all say the same thing which is a whole bunch of BS.

Working for this company has been really unprofessional. I’ve done my best to contact anyone regarding my payment and have yet to receive a response. This is a fraud! I’ve worked multiple jobs and waited 30 days to be paid and still NOTHING. No one answers the phone, no reply to emails and no response to Messages.

They do not pay for services completed successfully. They do not care if you drive 1 hour away on your dime and are unable to complete the job due to their 3rd party system booking & staff incompetence. They do not care you will drive 1 hour home on your dime. They will keep any digital tips clients leave for cleaners at checkout. A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS INEVITABLE.

I worked as a cleaner through CleansterPro and was never paid for a job where I cleaned a house for over six hours.

I arrived on time, stayed for the entire scheduled shift (9 a.m. – 2 p.m.), completed the assigned tasks, and submitted before and after photos as required. When I finished, I notified Cleanster through the app. Despite this, I did not receive payment.

I contacted Cleanster multiple times by message and phone with no response. Weeks later, a payment briefly appeared in the app with a notice that it would take 5–6 business days to deposit — then it was deleted. I was later told I would not be paid because two rooms were not completed, even though the scheduled time had ended and I fulfilled the hours I was assigned.

It has now been four weeks, and I am still unpaid for labor I completed. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Cleaners should not have to chase payment or fear having wages removed after completing a job.

I do not recommend working for CleansterPro unless payment practices and support communication improve.

I will like to apply zero stars, the worst ever. That are literally scam artist, fraudulent they take take take never give, take your money to sign on for jobs than early assign jobs, they never pay fairly or even at all,I am disgusted with this cleanster company, they have failed once when going by the name of Tidy and I worked with them as well and had exactly the same issues, they obviously haven't learned from their mistakes, now they're all over LinkedIn boosting about there progress with property managing companies but yet never pay there cleaners, they received a loan for 3 million dollars claiming to support there cleaners with on timely payments but yet I'm here to tell you it's fraudulent that haven't paid me promised to but have me the run around and still hasn't paid me, I'm sure they doing this to allot of cleaners making excuses that it's due to the change in payment platforms but yet they've been using this same excuse, if you can't pay your cleaners you can't run a company duh common sense, have some integrity be honest about it allow the cleaner to decide but no you rather choose to deceive. Well it's time everyone gets together and get these scammers out of business so they can stop taking advantage of people, we don't need to do a class action case, we can all file individually with a paupers affidavit, we won't have to pay anything out of pocket, take them to court evidence document everything and they broke the law and you have proof therefore you win and they will now have to pay court cost, what they owe and for emotional distress and of financial set back this has caused. I was really disappointed in them I thought this was gonna be something I could gain from but instead lost more than I gained way more loss than gain, A ongoing headache and these people are heartless they just really don't care. That's the close and personal truth.SMH in disappointment. 🛑 WARNING DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST IN CLEANSTER. THAT ARE FRAUDULENT🛑😩

They stopped paying me after i cleaned for them the 3rd time. They havent paid me for 3 jobs i completed!
