Really easy to deal with

Really easy to deal with, prompt responses to emails and everything was sorted out very quickly. Even my garage who did the repairs was impressed as their experiences with other warranty companies had usually been very disappointing. Thank you!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, which made claiming so easy .after a recent issue with my new car clear cover warranties where more than helpfull. Every email was responded to very quickly,every call to them professional, they couldn't do enough to help,explained every step which turned out to be so easy,and straigh forward.( which is very rare when claiming anything) would highly recommend using them .

Fantastic company

Have used clear cover warranties for a few months and they are incredibly easy to work with. They have recently just covered some expensive repairs for us and dealt with the customer directly. would easily recommend to any other dealership

Clear Cover are OUTSTANDING

Clear Cover are OUTSTANDING! Big thank you to James who was absolutely fantastic with my problem with my car. I am of course very happy they agreed to cover my problem under warranty with the battery - but saying this would not be enough to illustrate how good they are. It was quite a complex problem to diagnose and their technical skills, patience and advice led us to understand the issue without wasting money and time on unnecessary parts. If you are buying a used car, buying a Clear Cover Warranty is a must - great customer service, fantastic attitude and an absolute pleasure to deal with! Thank you to all of the team!

The company is a work in progress so please be Patient and Kind.

It's still a bit of a new company so they are still learning where they can get better. However, after purchasing a used Car that needed a Clutch replacement, the work was covered and I was paid for promptly. It was a bit of a battle but in the end, James did a brilliant amount of customer service to ensure they provide the best they could for me. Thank You for your support and hopefully my feedback will help you grow as a company.

Amazing service with Clear Cover

Amazing service with Clear Cover. The whole experience was simple, easy and they were quick to respond. They even left a great review to the garage that carried out the work on my van.
Overall a great experience and would definitely use again (hoping I don't have to have any more work done though!!!!). Thank you.

Do not confuse this legitimate company

Do not confuse this legitimate company with Evolution Warranties Ltd, who also own TAG (the AutoGroup) warranties Ltd. Evolution warranties changed it's name to clearcoverwarranties.com2 in February 2026, presumably in response to negative publicity, much of which was on here. TAG Warranties Ltd has just gone bust, leaving thousands of policies now worthless!
