Fast and easy process, was hesitant about the pricing at the start but when dave got to site and started working i felt very happy with the the choice of company, he was at site for 15 minutes and had my drains back to working again, thanks guys would definatley recomend.

The issue was not with the fact that the work was carried out efficiently, the issue was around the invoicing and the attitude of the personnel in accounts.
When i called for a quote i was told over the phone it would be around £150, i was then sent a whatsapp message saying that it would be between £100 - £250. The engineer was on site for 20 minutes and i ended up with an invoice for £216 which i tried to contest only to be told i had no option as it was a sliding scale and that was the price, the employee woud not allow me to speak, as she talked over me at every oppotunity when i tried to explain that the charge was effectively £540 per hour. The actual job took no longer than 5 minutes but the engineer was on site as mentioned for 20 minutes. So be aware of this if you use them.

These guys are really informative and great value.

First things first we had ongoing issues with our pipes leading to constant cleans and unblockages. Sam cam to us with their solution to the issue with an upgrade to our pipes and since then we have been incredibly happy.

I left some time to leave this review but can now firmly say these guys are the ones for the job.

This is the worst contractor I have ever seen. Two men came to my flat when I called them for unblock the drink drainage. They just brought a Hoover air vacuum cleaner, they spent half an hour to vacuum the sink drain, it improve a little, but the block issue still there . Then they need longer time , about 10 minutes later, they said they sorted out, but still part block. They charge me £264 for 40 minutes without sorting out the block. I am very disappointed, this company is not special in unblocking drainage, they are use vacuum cleaner to unblock drainage, it is very unprofessional. It is a cheating team. Be careful for it.

Jake provided a service that was both professional and positive. Hope I don't need my drains unblocking again but would certainly use these guys if I did....

Amazing work quick and affordable the guys work really hard to insure as a customer I was happy id recommend Karl and Sam as they done an amazing job in no time at all

Arranged a survey to which no one showed up, phone the office an was told I would get a call back but never did. Lost faith in this company.

Sam and Tom were cheerful and professional. They arrived on time at 4.30pm and were quick and efficient and were able to clear the drain within the half hour.
I gave them mugs of tea - they had been working from 4.00am and no one else had offered them a drink.
What is happening to 'kindness' and consideration for people who do such dirty and smelly jobs. We need them . Thank you
