NEVER had any doings with this company, I called them in March 2024 and they sent me a form to cancel whatever agreement I had with them! Now they are demanding payment!! I will take you to court!! SCAMMERS!

If there was a zero button I would forging signature regarding amigo ..not hearing from them for years then demanding money .two complaints and an email complaining further ..oh and asking for bank details via Whatsapp? Do you think we are stupid!

I put a claim in against amigo with this company in 2020, the claim was not fully upheld and they offset my balance, I accepted the outcome as advised by clear legal and that was the end of it, when the scheme came out I claimed myself and it was upheld, this company then asked me for my frl which is a private document and I sent it before I realized my dealings with them had been settled in 2020, they have now used documents that they scammed out of me to send me an invoice for my claim that they wouldn't have even known about had I not sent it to them and are asking for 100s of pounds, I will not be paying and I will be reporting them to trading standards and seeking legal advice, avoid at all costs!!

I have just received a debt collection letter from a company employed by Clear Legal Marketing to chase a fee that was paid in April.

Clear legal had deducted their fee before sending me my claim money, as well as sent me a receipt for the fee payment.

I have had zero correspondence from CLM since April 24.

absolutely useless, first heard about them in 2020 it is now 2024 and have received my 1st email from them, the company i have been dealing with has been excellent so much so that we came to a conclusion months ago now without the help of clm they just come across as vultures wait till a company is due to make payments and then show there faces, if they was on the case they would know more than they do. i advise everyone to cancel there involvement with clm as they dont do anything, it is so so easy to do the claim yourself without having to pay these robbers anything, as they wont be getting a penny out of me

They took my details, sent a few half-assed generic emails back, and then nothing for months. Had to chase several times for updates only to get nothing.

Useless outfits don't bother.

i made a mistake and asked another company to deal with my claim because i had not heard from clear legal in 2 years
now they want money off me because they carried on with my claim all the way to court without even checking

they said if i didn't pay the court cost of 400 pound the bill could be 4000 pound after court fees

This company has sent numerous unsolicited emails to me over a number of months. I want them to cease with immediate effect.
I also require them to provide under GDPR the details of where they got my details from so they may be made to account for this harassment.
One would think that a company that claims to understand legal responsibilities would understand that a GDPR instruction is legally binding and it is illegal to ignore the instruction - so why am I still getting this SPAM, and still have no data as instructed under GDPR?
