It took 2 months for my previous agent and almost insurer to FAIL at getting me enrolled in the right plan. Ava fixed that with one long phone call. The only issue was not being connect to the survey at the time.

ClearMatch is the Worst
My agent ended my current health insurance before my application for new insurance was accepted which resulted in my losing health insurance now for close to two weeks. Brown did not seem to know what he was doing throughout the whole process and the results PROVED he was totally incompetent. But I am paying for his error, not him.
