I got ripped off so you dont. Customer service is shocking. Zero understanding of what customer require.
Tested all 3 Cans i Bought, Hoping 1 Would Be Oxygen. No Cigar.

We only fill cans with pure oxygen at minimum 99.5% purity. We do not fill any products from our factory with compressed air.
This would be pointless as a cost-saving exercise as oxygen is the cheapest part of the production process.
All of our products are independently tested for purity and the oxygen we buy in is certified pure by the suppliers.
This customer was only interested in a full refund for all three cans sent to him despite completely using all 3 cans and then claiming it wasn't oxygen after use and did not allow us to help him.

They could have put what was inside the claimed 15 litre bottle in an asthma inhaler cannister. On opening the package the can immediately warns against disappointment due to the disparity between size of can and content in can. More puffs in my inhaler than in that big bottle they sent me. I get 200+puffs out of my inhaler.

We don't know what product you bought as the smallest can size we sell is a 10L product. We don't sell a 1.5L product.
We sell a 15L product which is 15L of oxygen gas compressed into a 1L canister.
This is far larger than an asthma inhaler and at a higher pressure so contains much more gas.
An asthma inhaler is a dosed product so it is an entirely different product.
There is no disparity with size and content. The warning on the can simply states that the can will be lightweight as it's just oxygen gas inside a lightweight aluminium can.
The weight of the oxygen gas and the product is marked clearly on the can so there can be no confusion.
Don't fall for it.
I am so dissapointed in MYSELF for actually falling for this.
Its a large metal can (probably 1.5L size) lighter than a cup of water. There is no liquid in the can.
No sense of 'energy' or boost, or anything else. I thought maybe placebo, but no.
Can someone explain why the can is labeled as 15L when there is nothing in the can?

These are 1L cans filled with 15L of pure oxygen gas compressed into the canister. There is no liquid in the can of course because this is pure oxygen gas. The gas itself only weighs approximately 15g as detailed on the product itself.
This is not a stimulant drug it is just pure oxygen so you should not expect a big rush of energy on initial use.
It should be treated more like a mineral or vitamin supplement where regular use brings long term benefits.

I've been using this company for oxygen for a few years now. Others may say what they like on this site. However try living with COPD and emphysema. The oxygen they supply for me works. Obviously not as good as medical grade NHS oxygen. But for what I need it for ie... mornings when waking and at top of stairs, it works a treat. The MD of the company is really helpful too. Thank you to all that work there!

Ich kann euch nur raten bei der Bestellung nicht dem zu glauben, was dort als Lieferumfang erwähnt wird. Ich habe drei Kanister mit Maske und Schlauch bestellt. So steht es in der Bestellung. Geliefert wurden nur die drei Kanister. Angeblich, weil in Klammern Ersatzkanister stand. gilt das nicht, dass Maske und Schlauch dabei wären. Selbst nach dreimaligen Erklärungsversuchen wird hier immer noch darauf bestanden, dass sie im Recht wären. Also Kundenservice unterste Schublade. Kauft euch das Zeug woanders.

Das übergeordnete Produkt enthält zwar die Worte „Maske und Schlauch“, jedoch haben Sie die Variante ausgewählt, auf der ganz eindeutig „3 Ersatzdosen“ steht. Auf dem Foto sind ebenfalls klar drei Ersatzdosen ohne Maske und Schlauch zu sehen. Auch der Preis entspricht einer Version ohne Maske und Schlauch. Die Version mit Maske und Schlauch befindet sich direkt neben der von Ihnen gewählten Option und ist teurer.
Das Produkt funktioniert auch ohne Maske und Schlauch, und Sie können eine zusätzliche Maske mit Schlauch online überall für nur 5–6 Euro kaufen. Damit lägen Sie bei dem Preis, den Sie eigentlich hätten zahlen sollen.
Es tut mir leid, dass Ihnen beim Kauf ein Fehler unterlaufen ist, aber Sie wären nicht schlechter gestellt, wenn Sie bei Bedarf einfach eine Maske und einen Schlauch separat kaufen.

This individual claimed they didn't receive the item and we had to show proof of delivery.
Clearly they did receive it if they have managed to use it.
Didn't contact us to resolve this supposed quality issue even though we would have replaced free of charge.
All our cans are independently tested to strict British standards of oxygen purity so claims these are just "normal air" are unsubstantiated.

Great customer service
I was unsure which product to order so i called the number and was delighted to speak to a real person who clearly knows her stuff, Harriet talked me through the options and I ordered the 110l oxygen. I am delighted with the results and will definitely order again!

The customer service is simply outstanding, I had an issue with delivery and emailed Harriet who immediatley replaced the delivery.
I feel by using the O2 oxygen my performance at sports is better and it also helped with recovery. I and super impressed by how polite, efficent and friendly this company is, absolute professionals

If you are healthy it's basically a scam
1) A healthy person's oxygen level is around 97% and so even high oxygen environment won't change the amount of oxygen in the blood much at all.
2) the amount of air oxygen you actually get from a 1 second puff is miniscule relative to your lung size so you mix something like 1 part 100% oxygen with 50 parts regular air at 20% which is still basically 20% oxygen

1. The mechanism of driving more oxygen into your system is not solely through the red blood cells. Even if you have a blood saturation of 99% you can drive more oxygen into your system through the higher partial pressure of oxygen. This results in diffusion in dissolution to the blood plasma and delivers oxygen through the plasma itself.
2. Studies with a University Hospital in London showed that 400ms of oxygen flow at the beginning of a breath is sufficient to give a significant effect on oxygen saturation. The subsequent air intake drives the oxygen into the alveoli according to the research.
There are multiple studies on our website showing the benefits of supplementing with oxygen even for healthy individuals. Please review the literature.

Sorry to hear the product didn't meet your expectations on this occasion.
Some customers do seem to have very high expectations of an immediate effect. Whilst most people get an immediate effect some do not feel anything at all initially and it's only after consistent use over time that the benefits of supplemental oxygen are evident.
This has been shown in a large number of scientific studies some of which we have put links to on our website.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed with your purchase. It sounds like you have ordered our smallest 10L can. These are specifically made in lightweight aluminium and are meant to be extremely lightweight for portability.
From the description including size it is quite clear this is not a 10L canister, but 10L of normabaric oxygen compressed into a small canister. It does also state the number of breaths expected in the description and on the packaging.
We do canisters up to 240L so if you are looking for value for money the larger cans are better suited to regular use. The 10L cans are just meant for short term use on the move.
Ordinary air is ONLY 21% whereas these are minimum 99.5% pure allowing partial pressure to drive more oxygen into your system than breathing air alone. This is why hospitals treat people with pure oxygen and don't just tell people to breathe more air.
I'm hoping this review will be taken…

couldn't feel anythingI through the mask, I then started to try inhaling the oxygen direct through it's nozzle. I thought at least I could aerosole some air that way.

I have bought one of their items as recently i am dealing and hopefully dealt with very unusual and annoying probelm,some sticky saliva that sticks for back of troat, give you constant feeling to spit and sometimes half-blocking your breathing canals up to feel to open the window in room and stick my head out of it for more air!!
So first time i used their product(can+mask) i used it without having breathing issue that time,did not feel a thing,am i breathing something or not,but 2nd time i had problem andnwas getting bad so i took 4-5 breaths and literually fixed on the moment my breathing,evan made normal my saliva(not sticky) and i felt fresher for a while!!!
Ps. I drink plenty of spring,mineral water

Great product, Caring Company
Great product, from a company that DOES seem to care. Ive been using Clear O2 for a while now and it has improved my well being, I use it when i get up from bed. I take 10 or 12 deep breaths using the push button on the cylinder and the breathing mask, and i feel enlivened and ready for the day.
