would like to highly recommend…
would like to highly recommend Clearwater, to anyone selling there property, l've just bought a flat with them, I would like to say a massive thank you to Gina. Gina helped us through every step of the way, as this was our first ever flat we bought, an it was a easy as you like, I wouldn't use any other estate agents if I decide to sell, Gina, thank you very much for making our first home move as easy as you like ☺️

They are exceedingly reliable and react immediately
Clearwater have been in charge of both of my rental flats for many years. I have now taken over one of the flats and realise how much is involved! I can definitely recommend them as absolutely on the ball in everything. They know when electricity and gas inspections are due and make them happen. I don’t live in the UK, so it is great to have such a reliable company looking after my interests. They recently introduced a new tenant with no problems. Long may it continue!

Clearwater are a very professional, friendly and efficient team. I feel very confident that the letting of my flat is in safe experienced hands. They are quick to respond to issues and get things sorted quickly with great communication.

Patient and Supportive
I've been with Clearwater for several years now. We have had to navigate some tricky issues, but I have found that the team at Clearwater remain patient and support, even when my patience has run out.
They also communicate efficiently between myself and my tenants.
