I wish I'd found these guys sooner!
They made getting my mortgage so much quicker and easier. Unfortunately I had already tried going it alone with my regular bank and suffered frustration and knock backs. But when I spoke to Lewis I knew I had found the right team, better late than never!
They helped explain the process, review my documents and helped me along every step of the journey. Ensuring I didn't miss out on my lovely house just because I am a contractor. Worth every penny- I would definitely recommend!

Really positive experience
I had a really positive experience with Cleerly who have helped me and my partner to secure a mortgage offer after struggling with a general broker due to our unusual working situation (a contractor and self employed). Alasdair and Simon took lots of details and it always felt like they understood our situation. When a colleague was off work, the service was seamless and incredibly smooth and there was no disruption to the advice and support we received. Jack and JJ were also really clear in helping us provide the necessary information and then dealing with it swiftly. We would be very happy to recommend Cleerly to others.

The mortgage consultant assigned to me by Cleerly was approachable, friendly open and honest about their services. They had access to the mortgage market and understood the complexity of contractor underwriting. They are very efficient and…
They are very efficient and straightforward. Everything clearly explained (no pun intended). Didn't matter who in the firm you dealt with, the service was consistent. Got my mortgage offer in the quickest time. Fees were in line the rest of the market.
