If I can give a zero rating I will. I initially ordered 2 bespoke pendants from this company - although the 2 pendants were nice, it felt very light and not substantial enough for the price I paid for them. I think they are overpriced. But the problem is that, the 2 pendants came with complimentary chains which are gold plated. So, I ordered 2 chains that are 18k solid gold and I asked if it will be "the same thickness - exacyly the same as the gold plated ones I recieved". It was confirmed that it will be "exactly the same appearance". It turned out it was NOT! The 18k solid gold chains I recieved are much much thinner than the plated ones. Much lighter and also looked cheap! When I reached out to customer service - they could not offer me a resolution and just kept telling me that there is a possibility that there will be a slight difference between the chains- even though that's not what I was told. It was confirmed to me that it will be the exact appearance - the reason why I purchased from them in the first place. Because if it was only communicated to me that there will be a " slight"difference as they claimed, I could've have ordered the chains from somewhere else, maybe even BETTER quality. I am very disappointed, they did not even try to help resolve the issue.

I didn’t end up purchasing an item however, I saw one of their rings which was out of stock. Even though the ring had been discontinued when I expressed my interest they did everything they could to make sure I had the option to buy that ring if I wanted to. Even when I decided not to purchase after all their help they were still absolutely lovely. If I ever need jewellery I’ll be going here simply because of how kind and helpful they were.

I was gifted ring from Cleopatra's Bling and absolutely love it! I wouldn't generally think of myself as someone who wears jewellery often, but to have personally met Olivia and gotten to know a little about her, I am amazed at the work that goes into a single crafted piece; each a reflection of her creativity, and inspiration she's found over the years through connections with community and culture abroad.
