I received the product as a gift from my friend because she still had more than half of the jar left and achieved great results, so I thought, why not give it a try?
I can’t comment on delivery or customer support because I had no contact with them, but I can say that the product really works. :)
It’s funny how a black powder can make your teeth whiter. I probably wouldn’t have bought it myself because putting black powder in your mouth is definitely unusual, but when someone recommends it and you give it a chance, you really don’t end up disappointed.

My only regret…
My only regret is that I didn’t order this sooner! I drink 2 cups of coffee every morning, and the over-the-counter whitening toothpaste weren’t keeping up. Love this product, and my only regret was that I didn’t try it sooner <3

Removed red wine stains from teeth
Was recommended by a friend and have used Cleopatra's for just over a week now, daily. I can see a noticeable difference especially around my front teeth where I had staining, I love red wine! It has removed theses stains and my teeth look and feel much fresher again. Would definitely recommend!

My dentist recommended this to me so I gave it a try. The first mistake I made was buying it from her clinic instead of from the webshop because the price on the web is significantly lower. The 2nd mistake I made was buying two jars of powder instead of one. One package contains more than enough so don't make the same mistake I did.
The product itself is great and worth every penny. The only thing I would recommend to the owners of this brand is to regulate the prices charged by their distributors because it is really frustrating to buy the product at a dental clinic for twice the price compared to the web shop.
Apart from that, I have no complaints! The product works and is easy to use even though it is a powder.

at first
at first, I thought it was a toothpaste, but when the powder arrived at my address, I was like "ok, wtf" :))
Still, I decided to give it a chance and I have to say the use is actuallly very interesting. It's definitely not for people who don't like trying new things.
The powder has no smell or taste, and using it with my hubby always makes us laugh because it's a black powder :))
However, the product really works and it whitened our teeth by several shades (even he has crowns, not natural teeth)..
There is a lot of powder in the jar and it really works just like shown in the reviews on the web shop, so I don't know what else to add except that I recommend buying it..
Maybe it's important to mention that we are in our 60s, but regardless of that, we achieved great results!

The product only polishes your teeth, similar to a dentist polishing service. As far as lifting your teeth to whiter levels, that is inaccurate, it doesn't! Once you stop or skip using, your discoloration is still there.

Regarding the packaging, since this is a powder product, it can be a little tricky to use at first until you get used to it. The product is intended to remove surface stains from the teeth and, for the full effect, it should be used continuously for the first 14 days without interruption. After that, we recommend using it 2–3 times per week for maintenance. The good news is that one jar can last up to 3–4 months.
Since the product is made with natural ingredients, it does not whiten teeth aggressively. Instead, the ingredients help keep the teeth clean and naturally white. In addition to the whitening effect of a few shades, the product helps fight plaque and has antiseptic and antibacterial effects in the oral cavity, so whitening is only one of the additional benefits.

Ich verwende es seit 2 Wochen und bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden.
In der kurzen Zeit wurden die Zähne schon ein wenig heller/weißer, ich denke wenn ich das Produkt über mehrere Wochen verwende wird ein noch deutlicheres Ergebnis zu sehen sein.

Unser Produkt wird in vielen Zahnarztpraxen in der EU und den USA verkauft, was ein weiterer Hinweis auf seine Sicherheit ist.
Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie mit dem Produkt zufrieden sind. Was die Wirkung auf den Zahnschmelz betrifft: Keine Sorge! Das Produkt absorbiert auf natürliche Weise oberflächliche Ablagerungen von den Zähnen, ohne den Zahnschmelz zu beschädigen.
Es sollte zusammen mit Zahnpasta verwendet werden, da es auf diese Weise wirksamer ist. Geben Sie also zuerst Zahnpasta auf die Zahnbürste, tauchen Sie diese anschließend in das Pulver und putzen Sie die Zähne vorsichtig.

Pulver hat null Effekt
Benutze dieses Pulver seit über 3 Wochen zweimal täglich mehrere Minuten lang, aber NULL Aufhellung, meiner durch Teegenuss etwas verfärbten Zähne.
Meine Reklamation bescherte mir die Einschätzung der Mitarbeiterin, dass meine Zahnfarbe wohl immer schon.so sei und auch mit diesem Pulver nicht aufzuhellen ginge...( Vielen Dank, aber da liegen Sie falsch).
Nun habe ich zwei Optionen; Das wirkungslose Pulver behalten und 25 Prozent des Einkaufspreises rückerstattet bekommen, oder das angebrochene Pulver auf eigene Kosten ( anscheinend nach Kroatien) zuruckzusenden und dann 75 Prozent erstattet bekommen.
Nun muss ich erst herausfinden, wie hoch die Kosten der Rücksendung sind, bevor ich reagiere.
Bei einer anderen Firma war es ganz ähnlich und die Rücksendung sollte 30 Euro kosten...
Eine Falleröffnung bei Paypal beendete das Ganze recht schnell zu meinen Gunsten.
Ich empfehle das Pulver nicht weiter!

Positiver Effekt!
Das Produkt wurde schnell geliefert und war gut und sicher verpackt. Ich war gespannt, ob das Pulver hält, was es verspricht und habe es 12 Tage benutzt. Der Vorher / Nachher Vergleich war besser, als gedacht. Ich habe 2x täglich die Zähne mit dem Pulver geputzt und bin hin und weg!

Non sono sicuro se sto lasciando la recensione nel posto giusto. Ho acquistato il prodotto dal webshop italiano e sono davvero soddisfatto. Fino ad ora ho sempre usato dentifrici sbiancanti, ma non hanno mai funzionato davvero. Ho deciso di provare questa polvere e ne sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. L'ho utilizzata insieme al mio normale dentifricio Signal per circa 2 settimane e ho ottenuto ottimi risultati. Consiglio l'acquisto!

Ich habe nach etwas auf Basis von Salvadora Persica gesucht, weil meine Zahnärztin mir ein Pulver gegen Zahnbelage empfohlen hat, und bin auf dieses Produkt gestoßen.
Das Pulver ist einfach anzuwenden: Man gibt Zahnpasta auf die Zahnbürste und taucht sie dann in das Pulver. Ich habe es etwa 10 Tage lang verwendet und mein Zahnbelag ist zurückgegangen, laut Aussage meiner Zahnärztin. Zasätzlich habe ich auch eine deutliche Aufhellung meiner Zähne bemerkt.
Am Anfang iste die Anwendung etwas ungewohnt, da es sich um ein schwarzes Pulver handelt. Es ist geschmacks- und geruchesneutral.
Ich empfehle den Kauf definitiv!

Nie wieder!
Ich habe ein Döschen mit feinem schwarzem Pulver erhalten. Die Zahnbürsten angefeuchtet, in das Pulver getaucht und vorsichtig die Zähne gebürstet. Sofort war mein Mund innen und außen komplett schwarz, das Becken und meine Kleidung voller schwarzer Spritzer. Ich musste die Zähne mit normaler Zahnpasta schrubben und mit Zahnseide bearbeiten, um das schwarze Zeug einigermaßen runter zu bekommen. Selbst jetzt ist noch ein Grauschleier zu sehen. Danach musste ich noch die Umgebung sauber machen. Warum sagt das niemand, dass das so eine Sauerei verursacht? Fürchterliches Zeug! Pfui!!

UPDATE: And they’ve tried to flag and remove this review also. If this is not a clear enough warning I don’t know what is.
There are questionable recommendations all over Facebook for these products. Be careful what you believe! Ordered weeks ago, completely ghosted by seller until PayPal claim started - which despite not ever receiving product (now reading genuine reviews am glad! There are people flagging this now on Facebook in Angmering and the States if you look) they are not even responding let alone refunding. And now I see they're even more dodgy than I originally thought! They are intently flagging and removing genuine reviews.

There is no option on Trustpilot to remove reviews. If there were, every business would probably have a perfect 5-star rating, which is clearly not the case. :) Our average rating ranges between 4.2 and 4.5 stars. In other words, at least 4 out of 5 customers are satisfied with our product.
However, as with any business, there are also customers who are not completely satisfied, and we welcome all constructive feedback.
Regarding your review, Trustpilot automatically removed it because it contained insulting language, which is not permitted under their guidelines. The review was only published after you updated it and removed the part containing the insults.
Furthermore, the refund was not issued by PayPal—it was manually processed by us after the delivery timeframe had expired, as we genuinely determined that your order had not been delivered to your address. It is possible that the package was damaged during transit or simply lost. Although this does not happen often, on average around 1 in every 300 shipments is damaged or lost. In such cases, we always offer the customer the choice of a replacement shipment or a full refund. If the customer chooses a refund, we must wait until the delivery period has officially expired before processing it, which is exactly what happened in your case.
In any event, we are truly sorry about your experience. As a gesture of goodwill and because your first impression was unfortunately a negative one, we would like to offer you a 15% discount code as an apology for the inconvenience.

Brightens teeth and bad breath disappears!
This product is great! It works by naturally removing stains/plaque/surface impurities on teeth and decreasing bacteria in the mouth. After the first day, my teeth felt as if they had been cleaned by the dental hygienist. My teeth became brighter and also my overall oral health improved (even morning bad breath/furry tongue feeling disappeared). So this is a great product not only for aesthetic purposes but also for optimal oral health. I will continue to use it regularly.
