I put my order in on the 8th of December and they were quick enough to take my money but not to send my order i have emailed them 10 times now and no confirmation from them i will never bye anything more from this company they need to be taken down to stop them stealing anyone money

I am waiting for my Goods since october 29. I wrote two times to customer service but no reply. I fear my Money Is Lost.

Clermond Direct have never le me down. I have been using this company for staff uniforms and formal ware for around twenty years. Excellent products at very competitive prices. Great customer service too. I can highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service and great quality times at a very affordable price

I have bought a suit and two evening shirts over the years. The shirts are good value and come with studs, which is handy if you either do not have them, or as in a 'friend's' case expanded to the point where 5 rather than 4 studs are required.
The suit is a good price and I like the barathea wool, although it is warmer than a more modern lightweight wool. I found the piping on the trousers to be a little ornate for my taste and the cut was a bit odd - but both very subjective.
Customer service was excellent when I was a little optimistic on the sizing and exchanges dealt with very quickly. I suspect that the company is used to chaps such as myself realising at the last minute that the old suit is a little tight!

Ordered wrong jacket size, very helpful and got another sent out quick and arrived sooner than expected.
Again very helpful and pleased with the service.
Would definitely use again or recommend for suit hire.

The company deliberately misleads about the quality and specifications of their products. All products are advertised or implied to be made in England, but I received a shirt with a made in Thailand tag. The other shirt I received had this tag replaced, but did not state a location of manufacture. I also ordered a bowtie listed as satin to match a satin cumberbund, but the material of the bowtie was 100% polyester. This company is very deceptive, and I would not purchase from them again.

I ordered a black overcoat, it arrived quickly and the quality was superb. Unfortunately it did not fit me and I returned it for another size, which they did not have. They were prompt and offered me a refund with no trouble.

It is very unusual to received such excellent service!
I wanted to buy evening tails so searched the internet and asked questions of the various suppliers. Ed at Clermont gave me straight forward answers and practical guidance.I ordered a suit etc. It arrived very quickly, well packed. I had a query on one item and it was exchanged very quickly. I am impressed by the quality and price of the garments as well as the excellent service.

The website is a little outdated, initially leading me to be slightly dubious about the likely quality (or even if the company still operated!).

I was wholly mistaken. The clothes are of good quality, the price excellent, and the delivery very fast! Simply couldn't fault this service, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Have used Clermont Direct to buy a linen waistcoat & to hire a morning suit. Service has been impeccable, completely hassle-free & thoroughly professional. Quality of clothing has been similarly excellent. Most of all, outstanding value. Highly recommended.

Ordered at the weekend, had an issue with my computer but they sorted my order over the weekend. Received my order mid morning Tuesday, delighted with the goods and the service.

Because the website was old I was a bit suspicious, but honestly this was a simple, cost-effective, excellent service and product. I ordered five tunic shirts, they were much cheaper than anywhere else, they arrived in 3 days time and are perfect for the job. Highly recommended.

The first time I actually had to get in touch with Clermont Direct was because I ordered a couple of items that happened to be too big. After I calmly explained that I have a learning disability at the beginning of the call, the staff member helped me through the process of getting an exchange with tremendous patience and detailing every single bit I had to do in order to perform the exchange, which can only be described as exemplary when it comes to customer service. Very helpful staff on the phone, fast delivery and great quality suit

Ordered a jacket and then discovered, due to Christmas excess, that my trousers were a tad tight, so ordered a pair of trousers. I contacted the company and explained the position, they put both articles in the same package and refunded the extra postage.

A very good start.

The delivery was made the following day; the packaging was perfect, so still going well.

The items were superb. Correct fit, good quality, great condition and with a free suit carrier.

Result: One very pleased and contented customer.

Pleasant and helpful lady took order for dress shirt which was received next day. 100% cotton shirt with pleated front looks great, was at a good price, a good fit and comfortable to wear. Will use again.
