Punctual, Clean, Great Logistics.
The containers arrived punctually, clean and with the new correct sea container locks. They were all the same colour, which we didn't specify, but looks much better aesthetically. Paperwork and contact kept to the minimum, which we prefer. We will certainly look to Cleveland in the future for workspace solutions.

Everything went as expected
Everything went as expected. They Let me know when it was ready to collect. When I picked it up. The lock for the rear doors was not there. Rachel Had said she would include it in the price. I asked the chap in the office he said oh yes they is a lock but we are going to post it but as yet it hasn’t come.Could you sort this please Colin.12

Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, padlocks are always sent separately from the containers, so for collections they are dispatched shortly afterwards. I understand Rachael has been in touch, and your padlock is on its way and should arrive tomorrow.

Thank you for your feedback.
I can see that you previously raised this issue with us in December 2025 regarding the placement of the unit. We carried out a full investigation into the matter.
Our records show that during your initial call, you confirmed that you wanted the unit to be placed in the garden. No specific positioning details were provided at that time, and you also confirmed with our salesperson that there was sufficient space for delivery.
When the haulier arrived on site, it became apparent that the exact location intended for the unit was too tight to allow for safe placement. The haulier initially advised that the delivery would need to be aborted due to access restrictions. However, the person present on site requested that the unit be left in its delivered position.
The haulier also obtained written confirmation from the individual on site confirming that the unit would be repositioned by yourselves at a later time. This written confirmation has been provided to us.
Based on the evidence reviewed, I am satisfied that both Cleveland and the haulier followed the correct procedures and acted in accordance with the instructions given at the time of delivery.

Great service from quote to order to delivery. The delivery team were particularly helpful when we had unexpected roadworks at our delivery site & helped us reschedule. Very pleased with the product - 2 containers fully sprayed & fitted out (ply cladding) ready to store our marquees, furniture & equipment

Fantastic experience from start to finish
We already had two containers from Cleveland Containers and had a great experience, this time they really were amazing!! We wanted to put another one in a very tricky space and only had a short window to do it. Rachael gave us all our options and we settled on a used unit (great value) and the transport team then kicked into action. The delivery driver was fantastic, it really was a very awkward spot and he was so patient. I can't recommend them enough!
