Is it too much to expect your order in its original packaging?!
I ordered two boxes of a medication that comes in sachets, 30 sachets in each box. I opened the delivery box to find all the sachets thrown messily in it, no sign of the original packaging, with the instruction leaflets torn and thrown in there. How can i trust the medication has not been tampered with when it's not in its original packaging? This is ludicrous !!
Medication not delivered, no communication
Medication not delivered after ordering weight loss jabs and paying almost £180.00 to include next day delivery, there is still no sign of my delivery.
They are not answering mails or when you call them the ansaphone just says not to leave a message as it is full !
I have filled out the customer complaint form at least three times and have not even received a confirmation mail in response.
I have asked to cancel the order and get a refund, but to no avail. At this point some 5 days after placing my order the website is still saying ‘approval pending’
Up to this point, they have been excellent and kept me informed of order progress, but I can no longer recommend Click Pharmacy UK

No free carriage, contrary to what is online, and even then a six day wait for order to arrive. I will not be using Click Pharmacy again

Exceptionally poor service
Exceptionally poor service and communication.
Received almost-expired medication; blamed on supplier. After some back and forth emails (with several days between each response) ‘very generously agreed’ to take items back for an exchange. I then asked for a prepaid envelope or similar (perfectly reasonable request for any normal online shop) and the line went cold… (that was the last I heard from them).
Wouldn’t buy again. Will use a reputable pharmacy such as Pharmica and Pharmacy2u!!

I tried to order an ear spray which had been prescribed, over the years, by two different GPs. At my first attempt, online, I thought I had ordered, but no acknowledgement email was sent out. I went back online, to find I had no orders in the pipeline. I ordered again, and again there was no acknowledgement. I went back online, again, to find I had two orders in the pipeline.
I tried to phone, but would get a message asking me to hold, then later an American message telling me I would be put through to a "rebrezendadive", immediate followed by an English message saying there were no representatives available, and I should call back during working hours (this was mid morning on a Tuesday) - and then cutting me off! This happened three times. But I tried again that afternoon, and did get through.
I explained about the cranky ordering system, and asked if I could cancel one of my duplicated orders. I was then told that the item was out of stock. I don't know why they were selling items they didn't have! The girl on the line offered to cancel both orders, I thanked her and agreed, and she then said she had done so.
Later, I got an email from Click Pharmacy telling me that the ear spray was unsuitable for me, and that they would cancel the order - well, it could have been both orders cancelled for a second time - I'm really not sure, and - to be truthful - was starting to lose the will to live.
I shall tell my current GP that they have - according to Click Pharmacy - made a dreadful mistake in prescribing the spray.
And I don't think I shall try to order from this company again. Would you?

I always make it clear that in my building deliveries must be handed directly to the resident. This time was no different — I was at home waiting, but instead of delivering it to Apartment 3, the courier left my order somewhere else. As a result, my parcel was misplaced and never reached me.
I have already sent several emails regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from your company. This lack of support is extremely frustrating, especially considering that I lost almost £200.
I kindly ask for an urgent solution to this matter, as I should not have to bear the loss caused by an error in the delivery process.
