“Next-day delivery” may not be next day.
It wasn’t shipped out on a Friday for Monday delivery. It wasn’t shipped until I sent an email on Monday afternoon.

We do have a phone number you can call us on not sure why you could not find it as it is at the top of our website.
Any orders placed after 3pm normally get posted the next working day. So if place Friday it will be posted on a Monday as we are closed over the weekend.

I paid extra for next-day delivery. I was swindled.
On Sunday I paid extra for 'next-day before 1pm' delivery, expecting to receive it on Tuesday morning. But my order was despatched only on Tuesday afternoon. My complaint received not even a rude response.
