Easy ordering,great delivery time, if I contact by phone helpfull informed staff who have supplied me with prescription details to take on holiday if airport requires it which has given me peace of mind. Information sent be email is always very welcome and informative. I like the timely reminders to reorder.

Tracking system useless
Easy to re order. Once complete it took only
48 hours from order to delivery.
But Royal mail system is very inflexible and useless to be honest. They said delivery 09:30 to 1:30 nothing specific. Then at 12:50 said it would be 15:30 to 19:00. Again nothing specific. Didnt help as I had waited in all morning as it needed a signature. So tried to move delivery to my neighbour , but website wanted to deliver the following Monday!! I gave up and waited in, it arrived about 17:00!!
What a rubbish system.

These people will sell you diet pills and take your order and once you’ve paid they then want you to take photos of yourself which I think they should ask for these before you pay. BEWARE
