I had a FUE transplant here over a week ago, and couldn’t be happier. From the first consult to post-op check-ins, the team was professional, kind, and meticulous. Surgery day was smooth, painless, and incredibly well organized. Aftercare instructions from Misra were clear, and she was responsive to every question. Fantastic experience from start to finish.

From the outset, Misra was great at providing all of the information, what to expect and pricing. They kept in regular contact leading up to the day.

On the day, naturally it's nerve racking but Dr Didem and her team truly made the experience as smooth as it could be. All precautions were taken to mitigate pain and infection, and throughout the procedure we were chatting and laughing, making the whole experience very comfortable - more like a long hair cut than a surgery.

Follow up care has also been perfect. They were in touch the very next day to talk me through post care - and they provided all of the necessary meds and instructions.

Most people usually go abroad to Turkey for a cheaper hair transplant, but I discovered there’s a clinic in the UK that is just as affordable, with an amazing professional service. The staff there were fantastic and very supportive throughout the process. My procedure took just under 12 hours, but the whole experience was smooth and comfortable. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant or any other treatment they provide.

I had an exceptional experience at Clinic Centre Bermondsey. I had been considering an eyebrow transplant for a long time as years of over-plucking had left me with very thin brows. I was tired of penciling them in every day and finally decided it was time for a permanent solution.

After researching my options, I found Clinic Centre online and from the very first call, I felt taken care of. The day of my surgery was nerve-wracking, but the team reassured me every step of the way. Dr. Didem was incredibly caring and made me feel completely comfortable. During the procedure, the staff constantly checked on me, offered snacks and drinks, and even served a delicious full-course Turkish lunch.

The surgery went smoothly, and I was given a complete aftercare pack before leaving. From that moment, I was supported by Misra, my aftercare specialist, who was absolutely amazing. She reached out as soon as I left the clinic, was available 24/7, and helped make my recovery stress-free. Whenever I had concerns even when I felt anxious about washing the scabs she quickly arranged follow-up appointments and reassured me every step of the way.

My eyebrows look amazing, and choosing Clinic Centre was the best decision I could have made. Dr. Didem and the entire team provided excellent care from start to finish, and Misra’s support made all the difference. I can’t recommend them enough!

From the consultation to the procedure I have been supported and felt at ease. Any questions I have had have always been answered quickly which has helped put my mind at ease. The aftercare nurse is always available to reassure. Overall the whole process has been amazing would definitely recommend!

I was nervous to have this procedure but the surgery team are very welcoming and were happy to answer any of my questions throughout my procedure. They did their best to make me as comfortable as possible. Also, the pre-op and aftercare teams have been very responsive to me on WhatsApp which has made the journey more comfortable for me. This full experience has been easy from start to finish. The day of of my transplant was a long day but I felt welcomed by the full team at London and they were there for my every need, they kept me posted on what they where going to be doing from start to finish and explained everything step by step as the day went on I couldn’t of been any happier. After the transplant the fed me and went through everything I needed to know for after the transplant and now the aftercare team are in touch daily to check am ok and I am sending them pictures so they can monitor the progress as I’ve said I’ve been delighted from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend the company and the team to any friends or family that would be looking for something similar. 5 Star rating from start to finish for me. After having my hair transplant few days ago,I feel I made the right choice of choosing the Clinic,on the beginning of my surgery I had panic attack and the doctors who was doing for me hair transplant reassured and made me feel safe,they really good, just waiting for final results hoping the best.

I arrived at 9am, And I was greeted by Misra she told me she was my nurse for the day , I told her I was very nervous about the hair transplant, She took me to one off the side rooms sat me down and explained everything to me,telling me i had no need to worry everything would be fine and pain free, I felt so much better after our chat and was not stressed at all after this,Misra then give me a full medical and took some bloods for my prp later on, Misra then took me to my surgeon for the day Dr Didem, myself and Dr Didem had a good chat about the process and he explained everything to me i really felt at ease after our chat, he then said when I was ready he would start he told in my own time no rush, We started the operation around 10 am , Had my injections being honest I hardly felt a thing, after about three hours the first part was nearly done, during this time Dr Didem was chatting to me about different things and always asking did I want a rest or toilet break etc, he was so helpful to me explaining what he was doing etc .we stopped around 13.00 and had a break for some dinner and a quick trip to the toilet, Dr Didem said when I was ready we would start the next part of the operation but in my time said there was no rush which I thought was really nice, ,we started the next phase around 13.40 and we was chatting away again about different things hobbies general life, he also asked did I want to watch a film or was there any music I wanted to listen too i said I was fine, come 19.00 the process was finished I couldn't believe how quick the time had passed and how relaxed I was all the way through the process due to Dr Didem chatting and explaining everything It was so much easier then what I thought I put this down to how professional all the team was at the clinic , plus I also got a free prp injection which would normally cost around £300 , They team then explained everything to me about the after care from the process and gave me a bag off goodies shampoo spray etc which was all excellent quality products, When I arrived home the next day Misra messaged me to see if everything ok, Misras aftercare was second to none, she has been excellent all the way through my recovery always messaging everyday to see how i was doing giving me advice on everything, I was sending her pics of my transplant every day and she was telling me what to do and giving me tips and advice on best way to look after my new hair, I could not ask for a better service then what I have had from start to finish Misra still in touch with me now asking how I am doing and giving me advice all the time,or asking If I need anything just ring or message her ,I would definitely advice anyone who was thinking of having a hair transplant to come here it was a pleasure to meet and do business with this team, it was also a amazing price, Thanks again clinic centre your a five star company, if I could I would give you six stars .

Excellent care and aftercare. Dr Bolat and his team were excellent at my health and wellbeing clinic in Whitechapel. Always there to assist and on what’s app anytime.

I just done my hair transplant few days back. I was doing lots of research and was reluctant to do it in Turkey cause of language issues and so.. But i knew they are experts in cosmetics and finally found Clinic Center in London. From the beginning Emre was always welcoming with my hell lot of questions and he always answers it gently even if it’s a repeat question. We were watsapp messaging for 3-4 months until i finally gave up and my operation day came. Emre is a gem of a guy.
From the reception, my doctors everyone was gentle, patient and they know what they’re doing. Fingers crossed waiting for my full result.

Deciding to have a hair transplant is very stressful decision and then choosing your clinic is equally stressful and an important and personal decision.

From the moment I made contact with Clinic Center London the customer service I have received has been exceptional and world class. Nothing is ever too much and all your concerns and questions are promptly answered using modern IT technology.

Emre in his customer service has been outstanding and I must say a big credit to Clinic Center. From his swift reply messages and liaising with the transplant surgeons and management team he has been exceptional.

He kindly arranged Video consultations with the Hair Transplant surgeons and answered any questions I may have had -no matter how trivial they appear. This is essence of true customer service especially when you are nervous or anxious about a procedure -he puts the patient at ease and reassures them very well every step of the way. Thank you Emre.

I must also say a big thank you to Clinic Center Manager Ece who has also been amazing in her customer service and support -she even managed to arrange an earlier operation date to suit my schedule and needs.

Being a busy NHS doctor I was really impressed at the high quality patient care and professionalism all the team displayed at Clinic Center London. I was equally impressed with their state of the art facilities at their central London clinic.
