Elizaveta provided seamless assistance in arranging my appointment, keeping me informed every step of the way, from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and straightforward, with all staff, from reception to the nurse and consultant, communicating clearly in English.

I had previously undergone the same process in Spain, where, despite higher costs, they were unable to identify my issue. Here, however, they successfully diagnosed the problem, and I am now hopeful that I’m on the path to a full recovery.

Big thanks for service provided by Clinicsonline. Operator was kind and provided fast response when help was needed. I asked to find clinics for brain surgery and company provided multiple options with private clinics in Turkey. When I come to Turkey clinics provided free transfer from airport, they also provided free transfer from Hotel to clinic, also clinic provides free translator that was important for me, because Im not familiar with medicine. Prices on hotels that provide clinic are in different range and you can select it by your budget.

I texted back and to Anna through WhatsApp who was co-ordinating for VG Plastic Surgery in Korea.
Anna was great and answered all of my questions, got back to me quickly, gave detailed info and specific prices, she checked with the doctors and got back to me etc.
I had already messaged a few different clinics (*not* via clinicsoncall) to find out info and prices, and decided to go with VG basically just because of Anna - she was a lot more helpful than other people I had spoken to.

I was struggling with hair loss and had been searching for solutions on different medical platforms. Luckily, I found Clinics on Call. My coordinator Alina, was always supportive, quick to respond and guided me through everything from day one. I’m definitely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it to my friends

I’d like to sincerely thank my coordinator Alina and the entire team at Anadolu Medical Center in Turkey. I came for breast cancer surgery and everything was organised perfectly from start to finish.
The surgery went smoothly, I recovered quickly and even after returning home, she and the team continued to check on me.

Supplied detailed information but then received request from Ukraine for same information which I had already supplied!!! Suspicious website which could possibly be used to gain info for scams. After I rejected request for more info emails disappeared! Beware of this website,does seem AI created and dodgy!!

I was urgently looking for a colonoscopy in Japan or China, and even with just two weeks’ notice, they managed to secure a hospital in China that could perform the procedure. From start to finish, the process was completely transparent. We communicated easily through WhatsApp and WeChat.

On top of that, when my son developed a high fever, they helped me locate the nearest hospital and pharmacy, and followed up to check how he was doing afterward.

Highly recommended.

I googled health care in a specific city in Mexico where I plan to travel to. Clinics on Call came up with the hospital I was interested in being the only feature, leading me to believe I was dealing with the intake for that specific hospital. They asked for my personal details and said they would contact me in 20 minutes. I gave them a lot of personal information, not knowing they had injected themselves between me and the real provider. I did not know I was dealing with a middle person who in actuality has NOTHING TO DO WITH the hospital I googled. I got an email the next morning saying they are not affiliated with that hospital or any health care provider for the care I was interested in, in that city. 'Dr. Tatyana' said 'she' could arrange for me to go to another country to get care, or another city in Mexico, at 'their clinics' (ya right).
I was deceived and would never use this organization.

Excellent patient care as I received a response very quickly after sending an enquiry about spinal treatments.
