We had the best experience with CLM moves and cannot recommend them enough. We opted for the full packing service and the team arrived the day before the move and did such a great job. They took such care with every item and we felt that everything was in safe hands. The day of the move the team were so helpful and friendly. They moved everything so efficiently and carefully. When we got into our new house they did such a great job of helping to get us settled and set up again. The team were all such great guys and they went above and beyond. Moving is stressful but they all made the day so much easier for us. Hopefully we won’t have to move again for a while but would definitely recommend them for anyone moving

We can't recommend CLM Moves enough, they made the whole experience as stress-free as possible. Lex and Conor were responsive to all of our queries in the run-up to the move and gave us loads of info to ensure we were prepared. The teams on the packing up and moving days were excellent - a really lovely bunch of guys with a great rapport between them, and all so professional, polite and efficient. Fantastic service, cannot fault them one bit! From the moment we enquired communication was incredible. They were incredibly proactive to reach out and check in on exchange and completion. Across the 3 days we worked with them the team were phenomenal. Every single one of them personally introduced themselves to us and were very polite. They also had a great sense of humour whilst remaining professional. They took such great care of our items when packing up and asked questions if they weren’t sure. CLM carried out the pack up and removal of our possessions for moving day. Throughout the whole process every member of the team remained polite and worked hard. Communication throughout the two days remained excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The team ensured that the process was effectively executed and that we were reassured they would complete the task. We could not pause them enough and would highly recommend them.

We used CLM to move all of our belongings from a flat at the top of a multi story staircase to a house with multiple floors. They were exemplary and finished the work efficiently and carefully exactly as we had hoped and expected. The staff were friendly and made my pregnant wife feel very comfortable. We would recommend them to anyone looking to move furniture around London.

These guys were the best part of our move and couldn’t recommend them enough.
They arrived early, moved our stuff out so fast and gave us a lot of help.
The house we moved into was a horror show but they were so empathetic and positive and made us feel better about things. Already recommended to friends who were happy with them when they moved and will continue to do so if anyone else I know ever moves.

Connor, Lex and their whole fabulous team have been amazing throughout my move from London to Glos. From the first site visit, to the prep and packing days, to the moving-in date, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, polite and kind. CLM were excellent in moving my flat contents within in a large residential retirement complex where floor levels vary and lift access is not an alternative. The move was carried out with care and expertise during which time the team were always happy to help with my additional requests. Honestly, the two guys who came and helped me move were absolutely incredible. They were calm, positive, had good energy and just made my overall moving experience so much more relaxing than it should have been. Liam and Niall arrived bang on time, impeccably turned out in CLM uniform and handled the collection, dismantling, lifting, loading and delivery perfectly, and then perfectly unloaded everything the other end, not one breakage, not one complaint from me, and all done with the utmost respect and occasional light hearted and welcomed humour on what was a stressful day for us. I can’t recommend CLM enough. Shout out to Conor as well who gave a competitive price, and booked us in without any issues.

Conor and his team gave me loads of advice, popped round with extra boxes and prepared me thoroughly for the move. On the day they were punctual and friendly and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure that everything ran smoothly and efficiently. They are a great team and they make what can be a stressful experience as easy as possible.
