They took my credit card and charged me monthly $35+ subscription fee that I never even signed up for. Who the heck would sign up for a monthly fee for cloths?! I emailed them for refund and they said would only refund me the previous month because requests for refunds can only be made valid for the past month. UN F REAL!!! Terrible company with terrible quality shoes. If you make any purchase, it enters you to a subscription. Complete corruption! For the love of US, stay away from these chines people!

I recently purchased items from the Cloggs website, believing I was protected by their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. This guarantee is a TRICK.
The Catch: When I attempted to process a return, I was informed that the refund policy explicitly excludes items that are "on sale."
The Deception: Every single item on the Cloggs website is permanently listed as being "on sale," which effectively makes everything a final sale item. They use this loophole to deny all returns, completely nullifying the 30-day promise they advertise prominently. This is a deliberate, dishonest tactic to trick customers into buying products they cannot return.

ordered the spiderweb cloggs and while they did show up just fine, a month later they randomly charge me 34.99 ??? currently trying to dispute it

Their “30-day money-back guarantee” is misleading. They deny refunds on anything labeled a “sale item,” yet every product on their website is listed as a sale item. That means you can’t actually qualify for a refund—no matter what you buy.

I ordered Cloggs, followed their sizing recommendation, even went a size up, and they were still too small. When I asked for a refund, customer service refused because the item was a “sale item.”
If everything is always on sale, then their refund policy is worthless.

This is deceptive and unfair. Don’t fall for it.

This company is a total scam. Their products are cheaply made and they automatically sign you up for a membership for $34.99 per month and it is impossible to cancel. They don't answer their phone or return emails. Buyer beware. This is an unethical company.

I want to warn others about my experience with Cloggs. I made a single purchase months ago and never agreed to any kind of membership or subscription. Despite that, the company kept charging me every month in March, July, August, and September without ever sending me any new products or shipments.

When I contacted customer support, they told me they could only refund my most recent charge and that the rest couldn’t be refunded because of their “policy.” But how can there be a policy for something I never consented to? I never signed up for any subscription, and I was never clearly informed that my purchase would lead to recurring charges.

I’ve asked them to either refund the remaining payments or send me four pairs of shoes/items to make up for what I was charged for. So far, I haven’t received any fair solution.

This experience feels misleading and unethical. If you’re thinking of buying from Cloggs, be very careful — check for hidden subscriptions or automatic renewals before entering your payment information.

I truly hope Cloggs reviews their policies and starts treating customers more fairly.

Shoes are terrible quality and stink. Worse, they charged my card 4 times over 4 months for $34.99. Had to cancel my credit card because of them.

Complete scam!! I ordered cloud slides and sized up from their size chart. After shipping took a month the product that arrived was complete crap and way too small. When I reached out to customer service to initiate a return, per the terms on their website, they said there's no return on sale items but they would offer me a 15% discount if I wanted to keep the product. They are way too small to wear and I have no use for them. I showed them the line items from my order that showed the 30 day money back guarantee as part of my order. After going back and forth with Steven O in customer service I ended up back at square one. I decided to file a dispute with my bank and in the process saw that Cloggs (which shows up as Pluto Slides on my statement) had not only NOT refunded my money but had fraudulently charged me a second time for a different amount. And the customer service rep I was working with stopped responding. Total scam.

Complete scam. Shoes arrvied 3 weeks after ordering and was about 3 sizes too small. ordered 12.5 and the ones I received were about size 8.

They said I would have to ship the shoes back to China (shipping on me). They would not refund the full amount but instead offered 30% refund, then 50% refund and after multiple emails they said it would be a 75% refund.

After I received the refund, a few days later the charged my card AGAIN for the same amount, offsetting the refund.

If I could give them less stars I would! Do not buy! It is absolutely a scam and they won’t return anything! They will only offer a 15% discount on their absolute crap shoes. Smell like chemicals and are hard as rocks. Literally unwearable!

So I ordered the cloud slides because they looked identical the the yeezy slides, but when they came they were made out of some cheap material that you could get from walmart, and the "foam" was very stiff.

DO NOT BUY FROM CLOGGS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They take a month to get delivered they run small and by any circumstance they refuse exchanges or refunds. The material also looks cheap!!

I placed an order for a pair of clogs and while they did arrive on time, the quality was not what I expected and the arch support was too low - it did not align with my high arches. I reached out to their customer service to initiate a return and learned that they do not allow returns for ANY reason other than if you received the wrong item or defective merchandise, but this is NOT stated in their policy online. What's worse, they fraudulently sign you up for a monthly subscription service and refuse to acknowledge your requests to cancel it. I had to file a dispute with my bank. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

I wish I could give them negative stars because they do not even deserve 1. If you are thinking about patronizing this business- DO NOT.

Their return policy is fake. They will only return the item if they made a mistake.

If i could give them negative stars i would. Don't buy under any circumstances. Scam business who continues to take money from your card after your initial purchase. They lie when you contact them for support on fraudulent transactions. Avoid.
