I ordered from them over a month ago - I emailed to check the status and they said the product had been delivered - It had not! They told me to ask my neighbors if they had received the package. They then claimed to have resent the product and that it was delivered on October 4th @ 4:30p -IT WAS NOT I was actually at home all day and received nothing. They are now saying that they can't give me a full refund because the merchant will not accept the full refund and the seller said they lost money so they would give me a 70% of my purchase price. UNACCEPTABLE that I should lose money because of their mistake. I will never order from them again -

I would give it a zero. They took my money and my items never came. They stated that they a reputable company. All lies. Each time they would email me back on a whole new email not a continuation of the original email. I’m watch YouTube and Clothnovax.com is still running these scams commercials. How can they be taken down. That stealing from hard working people

Do not order from this company. You order from this company and they never send you any product, and you will have to dispute your money with your card holder. STAY AWAY
