Free credit into payment i don't recommend for anyone who wants to try it use aws instead

Google Cloud is getting out of hand. So bad. Unusably slow.

They keep on charging even if you already deleted every project and removed billing, use amazon aws instead its what google uses anyways

I asked twice too shut down my business! Because the AlloyDB is still doing payments while I am not using it!

I tried too call the support but the phone does not exist I just get sended too a stupid page with a link in it for info how too delete it! I explained that I don't understand it.

PLEASE delete my account or give me some real support i don't know how too delete it! It is really scary just pulling money out off people!

This is a scam.

Can't find how to cancel the subscription and support is terrible.

An interesting situation unfolded which helped us determine JUST HOW FAR behind AWS and Microsoft Azure this organization is: Google Cloud billing sold us a package with the promise that engineers would restore a VM with data loss back to a point in time, just 4 days back. Upon payment, support said, no we cannot.

The number of people who told us different stories and the final outcome, shows exactly why cybercriminals LOVE exploiting Google customers: because they know, that extorting a Google client is easy: Google Support is NON existent and the client will cave into ransoms.

One will have to go incredibly far to find a support team as dysfunctional as is the case with Google Cloud.

The CEO of Google should simply resign and the board should disband this misfit of a department without delay.

Such is the disarray, that a user must grant himself the necessary privileges to reach out to billing and support. The things I saw in dealing with this organization, resembled every single thing that is wrong with society.

It is bound to fail. INVESTORS: RUN as far as you can get from Alphabet. The organization is poorly managed to a degree you cannot imagine.

i uploaded alot of files to their terrible service. And now it seems i need a doctorate in computing to figure out how to download it again. Which is odd considering that uploading it was drag and drop.

Essentially those files are now lost as i have no clue how cloudshell works i follow their guide but it just says "no more space". Why is it not just a simple "download" link just like how uploading it was....

Awful, awful experience with Google Cloud Platform. It asks me to add VAT, and then doesn't let me do it because apparently it doesn't like my account and it wants a Workspace account (why do I need another account to manage my own account as a single freelancer). Whyyy!!!? I'm asking Google "please, take my money", and they're repeatedly hitting themselves in the head with a wooden bat.
Oh, of course there's no possibility to contact customer service if I don't pay 30$/month just for the assistance.

Don't use "Always Free", because, it is not free!

What on earth is wrong with Google's services??

We use various Google api's for our application. We pay for each service on a monthly basis.

4 months ago, we made an application request to get verified for Oahth in order to offer "Signup with Google".

IT says this should take a maximum of 4 weeks.
It has now been 4 months with 0 updates.

So I decided to contact customers, and guess what, you get an error:

"You need to subscribe to a support package to contact support".

All right, so I went ahead and got a support package for $39/month. (Crazy how you need to pay for support despite paying for all their services already).

So I tried to start a support case again, and guess what the same error shows up saying "You don't have access to technical support on your support plan" WHAT?

So I had another look at their "Support plans"... IN order to get "technical support" it costs $12,5000 / month! Yes, 12,500 USD per month!!!!

I would need to pay 12,500 USD to contact them to ask what the status of our oAuth application is!!!!

And it's so sad because they do this for every single service. THey also do this for Gsuite and other services....

If you are facing an issue, then pay us 125000 USD and we'll look into it! Despite the fact that we pay $750 -/ month for Gsuite!

Use OVH cloud.
Everything is better in OVH cloud.

Reporting of network abuse (someone trying to scan my server, not with Google and won't ever be with that response) they said to contact the content holder.

How on earth am I supposed to do that when I can't contact them, must be short of a few brain cells to work at that rather stupid company.

google cloud did a mistake and pull money for me for a very high amount. I contacted them severeal days. After some time, they send me a refund.

One of the supporteres support me to stop any paid activities on my account. He said I was doing it right. But they keep pulling me from money.
My bank has blocked Google for me, so they can't take any more money.

Really bad service. Really bad userbility. Really bad option to stop or limit services.
Amateurish. Why annoy educated software developers?

Complete and absolute fraudsters. Make it impossible to remove credit card details and speak to anyone in relation to billing. They deliberately make it impossible to cancel. Customer services just hang up.

Avoid at all costs.
