Stubby 21 purchase & experience
Was looking for a stubby 21 for months. Lots of websites have em listed n will take ya money but when u call they never answer their phones, never reply to emails, WhatsApp messages or voicemails they ask you to leave as it appears their phones are constantly off & have gone out of business but yet still take your money. So I see a stubby listed online @ Cloud City, call & im told he has just a single one left. My mate owns a vape shop n he said I’d prob have to buy 2nd hand as they’re discontinued, but nope Cloud City made my day & had one for me. Had a few issues paying due to site maintenance, but received a call from the owner stating it was all sorted a few hours after calling to report the issue &the last stubby was mine. I paid & opted for the free 3-4 day Royal Mail shipping, but I received a text the next morning first thing from DPD stating it was on its way & I’d receive it between 15:30-16:30! Now there’s customer service for ya! The stubby was even discounted as well in their sale. Seriously, excellent customer service, best I’ve received, ever, full stop! Wish all shops n businesses treated their customers the same way. Upgrading my postage for free. What a touch. I’d dropped the Raga aspire I’d just bought a few weeks prior n loved it as does my wife (got her one at same time as thought they were great, but have issues with fully charged batteries showing as low or dead after just a few weeks of use) getting out my car with my crutches n it came out of its case n cracked, so is knackered. I had an SXK billet box v3 (black metal that I spent a fortune on modding) & it only lasted 5 months, before board was fried, as juice gets into the board due to condensation & them not sealing properly. Even though I spent a fortune on the condensation kit & plugs by velvet vape. I bought a 3D printed billet v4 with an aio & RDA converter in a nice case, but don’t want to use it until I’ve taken it apart like on YouTube videos where they pull the board out to remove the Boro connecting pin, pull the plastic sleeve back, cover it in sealant & replace it, then cut out a piece of acetate to fit behind & around the screen, so no juice condensation can enter that way. A lot of messing & hassle when ya paying over £150 fe a vape even if it does have a DNA60 board, hence the stubby. I just wanted something metal that won’t break If dropped, but I’ve got a nice leather case for it. The case for the blackberry curve folio is ideal for Boro/aiovapes. £6 on eBay right now & are thick good quality leather with good Velcro fastening & protect ya vape extremely well if dropped. I opted for the stubby 21 as it’s got a 3 year board warranty & is a wire free board, so If the board does go after the warranty is up, I can just replace it with a dna60c upgrade kit, which I’ll know doubt will have to source from the states, South Africa or Indonesia. Unless more are released which seems unlikely as the designer of the stubby website is no longer functioning & I doubt escribe will have one as the dna60c has been adapted to be wireless. There are some in eu countries but postage they charge is an absolute killer never mind import tax. At least China & Co will lie & say the item costs less than it does to avoid u paying import duty. Anyway I digress. Cloud city are THE best vape site I’ve dealt with EVER FULL stop. I HIGHLY recommend them to EVERYONE & have to every Vapor I know. For all ya vaping needs you CANNOT go wrong with Cloud City. I’d give them 10⭐️s if I could. So it’s 💯 5⭐️s ALL day EVERYDAY FROM ME. THANX FOR MAKING MY DAY CLOUDCITY. Until next time.
