After telling the seller i wanted a higher wattage vape but not coils he sold me one that was coils when i specifically turned down the coil option. Will never use this clueless shop again and will go back to evapo for professionals that know what they are selling. The unwanted vape is now in the bin

Placed order on a Sunday, with no update on shipping on Wed, contacted via their website with no reply. Contacted again on the Thu and advised if no reply would speak to my bank on Fri, no reply [shocker]. Late Thu eve received an email to say no stock and would refund. Why was it on the site for sale, and still is today [Friday] when there is no stock, and why did it take 4 working days to advise. Hopefully the refund makes it way through before the 10 days indicated!!
Would seem some Vape companies provide a really good service & customer experience, and others like you just don't give a ..........

Take orders for stock they don't have. I would avoid at all costs.

I ordered a z50 vape on the 14th of November. I contacted them on the 15th as I had heard nothing about it being dispatched. I then messaged again on the 17th after hearing nothing back and then on the 18th. I then called them up on the 18th to a number they said was a helpline and all it was was a list of stores and not a customer service line. I managed to get through to someone by calling one of the stores and was told it’s not in stock and tried to sell me another alternative which I just didn’t want. I then had to chase the refund too and I heard nothing back.

I strongly suspect this company is getting people to order the vape kit they want that they know is out of stock just to get your money and then try to sell you another vape kit. My suspicions were confirmed when I checked today on the 22nd and they are still selling the vape kit they KNOW is out of stock. So you’ll spend your money and then have to wait for a refund from them, with this company knowing full well it’s out of stock. How is this even legal?

As of writing this the z50 vape kit is still on their website and you can order it and they will take your money knowing it’s out of stock

I ordered a pod vape and get an email to say it's been cancelled as not in stock. The email says you have not been refunded? I contact them and hear nothing back? I see the vape is still showing in stock so just a drop ship company AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Website state's "freeshipping"... yet they are charging shipping, what?

The customer service was outstanding. I went in looking for nova pods, which I wouldn’t find at 4 other vape shops. Even though they didn’t have it the man took a picture and said hell get some in and also helped me out with something else. Great Guy, Great Shop.

Really good service! Really nice staff at the Holloway branch (Hat, I think his name was). Also a wide variety of e-juices, although they could stock up more on the lighter nicotine products but that's me being self serving. Highly recommend.

Another terrible experience when ordering online, chased for 2 weeks, one liner saying its on its way, but was never posted....

Don't listen to all the negative reviews, i haven't purchased anything from their online stores but i have been to 3 off their branches and at all of them i have been treated very well, 5* customer service i tell them what type of flavour i like and they give me new recommendations all the time. Best prices around by far and you got so much to choose from. Definitely a must go whether you're a newbie vaper or a vapeaholic like me

Terrible online experience. Charge £5 for delivery of a small package, then take 5 working days to ship it!
Their prices seem good but expensive show shipping mean I might as well just pay a little more.

Absolute disgrace of a company.
Waiting for an order since 5th Nov.
Emails ignored & telephone not answered.
Do not use this company.

They take your money then nothing. Will not reply to emails or phone calls. Avoid like the plague...

Very slow at delivery wrong order would not recommend poor customer service as doesn't respond to emails
