Company owned the errors
There was a bit of a hiccough in that a patio door pane arrived scratched, and several windows had the wrong colour Georgian bar, but the company owned the errors and arranged for all to be refitted. They were fitted quickly and expertly.

The guy came and measured at the agreed time & date. The quote was emailed promptly and a date and time were agreed for the replacement unit to be done. The work was completed and the site was cleared of the old unit and left tidy and clean.
