A smooth and very positive experience from beginning to end. I purchased a beautiful Speedy 35 which was in pristine condition and I couldn’t be happier, I had been looking for the perfect one for ages! The bag is so beautiful and looks even better in person!

Next working day via DHL with the option to make delivery incase I wasn’t home to sign for the package. This may seem like a small thing, but to me it’s a meaningful detail that can truly my make shopping experience so much better, and put my mind at ease when receiving a parcel.
Payment was smooth and I received the Entrupy certificate link for my bag swiftly, giving me that extra security and reassurance of authenticity for my bag.
