Very fast service and delivery
Very fast service and delivery. I've used the sat nav for the last 2days takes a little getting used to but it's worth it best I've had todate.

Set up the wagon criteria. Turned the unit off, now it won't turn on. Has power going to it, but that's all. Used once out the box.

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’ve experienced with your unit. This is a very unusual situation, and I wish you had contacted me directly before leaving this review, as I could have helped resolve the problem much quicker. In many cases, these issues can be sorted by sending out a replacement charger to test, providing a new unit altogether, or even offering a refund, as you’re still within the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
It’s possible the battery on your unit is completely drained. I recommend plugging it into the supplied cigarette lighter charger for 10-20 minutes. Once it has gained some charge, press and hold the power button for 1-2 seconds while it’s still plugged in to see if it starts the unit.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue or if you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact me at contact@cmnav.co.uk. I’ll be happy to explore all available options to ensure your satisfaction.

This is a brilliant
This is a brilliant, customer focused Company (Christian). Christian has been so helpful with questions asked and the service 2nd to none. Even emails responded too at a time of day/eve I would not have expected. Really don't know how Christian keeps up with it all but he does. I had an issue with a separate wall charger which was immediately resolved. I have not yet had the opportunity to try the sat nav out live but will give further update when I do. I'm not expecting any issues. Many a company could/should learn by this one!
This is my 2nd review....there will be a 3rd 😅

Very engaging supplier. Extremely efficient order/delivery process. Have received many tutorials in advance of receiving the product. Unfortunately it could be a couple of months before the product is used in anger. But I have every reason to be confident that I have chosen well.

Solid quality even on a budget
Bought a similar sat nav that completely stopped working after two days of using it.
Ordered the satnav on the Friday morning and it was with me by Monday lunchtime, even for a budget sat nav it feels solid quality and I’m pleased with it, worked perfectly for me so far.
I will look at upgrading to your top model some time next year

CMNav has always been exceedingly helpful
Christian has always been exceedingly helpful right from the beginning, even producing two specific video to assist me in understanding the sat nav unit's operation and features. Based on my own experience, CM Nav provides a far better, and a very much more timely, service to their customers than did TomTom or Garmin when I was looking for a sat nav.

This sat nav is easy to use but…
This sat nav is easy to use but unfortunately it is better for cars and motor homes and not for HGV's as mine was set for trucks but it still tried to send me down either dead-end roads or unstable roads for trucks. Also the holder does not stick to the wind screen it keeps falling off.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m pleased to hear you find the sat nav easy to use, though I appreciate that the routing led you down some roads unsuitable for HGVs. After all, Sat navs are just machines meant to act as guides, so they may occasionally make errors and should never replace road signs.
I can guarantee that this product is designed to support HGV routing, not just car or motorhome routing, and it was configured accordingly prior to being posted to you.
I’d like to understand what might have gone wrong in this case. If you could email me at contact@cmnav.co.uk with details of the specific route—such as the road where you encountered issues, the routing settings and vehicle dimensions, as well as the start and destination address/postcodes—I’d be more than happy to test this on a similar unit. Just to confirm whether this is a mapping issue that has to be addressed by the map developers or just a setting error/isolated incident.
Personally, knowing my products and based on the customer's feedback, I’m confident this is likely an isolated incident, and I’d like to ensure the sat nav works as expected in most situations.
As for the windscreen holder, please ensure there are no air gaps between the suction cup and the windscreen when securing it. Applying a few drops of water to the suction cup before fixing it can also help to create a firmer seal. If it continues to fall, please let me know, and I’ll gladly send a replacement bracket if needed.

This is such a fantastic product so much for the price, I bought the live update one £364
And the communication from Christian who runs it was so good texts with links to show you how to use it more Emails with more videos messages to tell you when despatch etc, I don't normally buy from a face book add, but after checking him out I was well impressed, thanks again Christian....
