The Co-operative Bank Avaliações 

I have been a customer for years with this bank n they are very unfriendly n treat there customers as numbers. I would not recommend them.

This bank is terrible! Their mobile app is always down and goes unresponsive when trying to make payments.

Today I had to physically visit just to make a transfer to a website from my account, despite them claiming to be able to do it over the phone or via the app.

Friendly helpful staff who listened to our needs and facilitated and easy transfer from previous bank

NCB bank was fine for 10 years that I had my coop loan but a year ago they switch payment systems and on man! I've never been late on ANY bills but because they have a very badly designed, no user friending payment system I have been late twice. I can't link my banks and I can't get help. Think twice before ever getting a coop loan with NCB.

Good bank to deal with, friendly, swift, has all the bells and whistles I need for my banking requirements without the overbearing corporation identity. Fact that it's actually a mutual partner to its customers is a rare thing we have so easily let go of in many areas of society.

constantly not being able to purchase goods of the internet using my co op bank debit card. so frustrating, having to call them everytime my card is declined. no one at co op bank can give me any explanation as to why this keeps happening. After my term deposit matures I'm changing banks....they've had a year to sort it out & done nothing. worst bank of the three I've banked with.

It's been made extremely stressful to use your own money, I don't recommend this bank to anyone. I was trying to pay myself and they asked all these questions that make you wild. I was trying to help myself, not get stressed as I have now

Is this the worst bank in the UK for online banking or do you know a bank that is worse is so write a reply thank you

Once again trying to get online and its down for maintenence. All the time its down, whats the point in paying for a savings account when you cant even bloody access it when needed. It is ridiculous! Ive complained numerous times about it and just get "oh sorry" and this place is supposed to look after our money!

I recently dealt with Karen on the 0800 number. I expected my dealings to be difficult as I was trying to sort out an elderly relatives bank account and automatic payments. Karen made the process so easy, was extremely helpful and understood our requirements while still ensuring the privacy of that relative was intact. It was a pleasure to deal with someone so knowledgeable and helpful. If only all call centre dealings were that easy.

Denied opening a bank account for no real reason. I tried to open an account for stock trade funding and was denied siting some sort of risk like I was trading their money. Also took over 24 hours for a response and late call back. Micaela was Ok to deal with but I assume how she fed the information to her superiors probably had more damaging affect than an attempt at real customer service. Less than 1 out of 10

very deceiving do not go to them at all

Extremely poor customer service. I walked into the local branch the other day & stood for 10 minutes while she talked to a customer about a loan. There was another staff member at the bank on a computer who never glanced around. I could tell I was going to stand unacknowledged for a significant amount of time as it was a loan process, ended up walking out. A $200.00 overdraft requires an appointment. And the fee to replace a card is charged automatically whether its fault of your own or not. Can wait to change bank. do not recommend them at all!!

Used the bank for 3 years now and really like the fact that it's under the co-op name. Since banking with them I feel like my money is constantly stretched as far as possible. On top of investments they also helped a bunch with my mortgage and the that I can't thank them enough.

I love using Co-op Bsnk. They keep my accounts safe, the new website is easy to use and I am able to do everything I need to fast and simply.

Took personal loan of 5000 in Feb this yr . After 10 months balance is still 4550, interest rate so high. They don't even offer anything special to nurses

I have a term deposit with this bank for one year and I wished to withdraw 20% of it six months early
Happy to pay the penalty for early withdrawal
They have refused to let me withdraw my own money
Absolutely BS

Great ethical bank. Customer service has long waiting times, but as do all banks. When get through they are helpful, Annila was very courteous and helpful on my recent call.
