Shes helped me with really learning how to stay consistent and actually.. to be nice to myself along the entire journey. When my kids get sick, when i have a very busy schedule.. shes been there to tell me to take it easy and well get back to it asap.
Shes never left me hanging.. some weeks when i am very busy she checks in on me, reminding me about our check in.
She has helped me in more ways than i can even explain.
I thought it was IMPOSSIBLE to grow my glutes because of genetics.. well
I was 100% wrong.
This is the first time ive ever had a butt!
I couldnt be more happy to still be with her. I honestly dont know how i will live life without her! Lol

I’ve been working with G for over a year and it has been a great experience! She is incredibly supportive and understanding. I have learned so much from our time together. Her feedback had helped me improve my form tremendously and her encouragement has definitely helped change my mindset. Harvey has been a great coach to me and overall I’ve had a great experience being coached for about 10 months. Even as an experienced gym-goer, I’ve learned so many new things, particularly about rest, tempo and form. I also really liked their personable approach that put their clients at the center, making sure that a training and macro plan fits their life and needs. Harv was always flexible and open, making sure that my goals were attainable and would not interfere with my other sports or work. I really liked his realistic approach, also making sure that the gym or your diet does not take over your life but instead empowering you with knowledge and tools to make smart choices that are best in the situation that you’re in (may it be traveling for work or leisure, having a busy week, taking some time off, you name it!). A big thanks and appreciation for Harvey and the team for being in my best shape ever, having the best relationship with food and rest, and equipping me with enough tools to be able to feel confident enough to continue on my own!

I have been with GLJ for just about a year and I couldn’t been happier with where I am at. Harv is my coach and he has been nothing short of amazing when it comes to trending to my needs and goals in/out of the gym. I have been on many vacations this summer and he helped me make a game plan for every one. I appreciate his flexibility with my schedule and understanding of my concerns.
I have been working out for 4+ years but was never able to grasp the concept of nutrition. Although I had been exercising long before we began working together I have learned SO much about what it means to train for your goals and how to balance having a life and reaching them. I will forever be grateful for Harv (& G) as they have entirely changed my perspective on nutrition and training by helping me feel my best trust the process no matter what stage I’m at in my journey. I signed up with GLJ this year, and mentioned during my sign-up call with Harvey that I had an undiagnosed injury that I was due to get an x-ray for. Harvey said that it would be best to hold-off until I had the results of this and for me to track my food to see what my current maintenance calories were at. After my results were in I asked to start and was asked by Georgia to wait for another week once they were back from holiday! Which I thought was a bit ridiculous as they have other coaches who I could have been assigned to, and said I would rather start straight away, especially as I had already had to wait several weeks. To begin with I thought the workouts were good enough, I was told to hit a certain amount of steps per day, to exercise a certain amount of times per week, and my exercises were matched with what equipment I had at home. However as time progressed I began to realise that it was all very cookie-cutter and the workouts took me so long that I was averaging an hour and a half every time I worked out. When my exercises were updated they included exercises I had already told him I couldn't do, due to my injury, which prompted him to ask what exercises I should do instead! Once we realised that my weight wasn't shifting at all Harv said to add skipping to the end of each workout. It was absolutely exhausting and I really struggled to motivate myself to workout, knowing it would take the better part of two hours. My calories were also kept quite high for a long time, and the whole process seemed very reactive. Harv later admitted that they probably should have dropped my calories lower faster, but it was a fat lot of good him telling me that once I was at the end of the program and had lost no weight (I lost about 2-3 pounds which I regained on a holiday towards the end of my time with GLJ and which never came off again)! In fact, because my calories were dropped so slowly the whole process was quite mentally taxing, meaning that by the time I was at the calorie intake that should have started to make some real difference, I was too fatigued by it all to motivate myself properly. When I wanted to cancel I was told I couldn't, as one week's notice wasn't enough (which is fair as per the terms of their contract - which is two weeks notice - but seeing as I was on holiday at the time, and hadn't heard from them for a week at a time when they were on holiday I thought it was all a bit ridiculous) and so I had to pay for another month for nothing, as I didn't - and couldn't! - diet anymore. Tracking my food for such a long time and being told off by Georgia for my carb intake - which was down to the amount of vegetables I eat as a vegan - was especially demoralising. They weren't taking into account that the majority of my carbs were coming from my high intake of fruits and vegetables, with a high fibre content. Those comments made me very reluctant to have any type of carb and I subsequently enjoyed my meals less. I stopped tracking altogether in the last month or so as my relationship with food was starting to become very poor. They make it seem like they have an amazing level of communication but whenever I had a question about how to do an exercise during my workout and put it on our whatsapp they wouldn't get back to me until the next day, which was obviously too late. For what it's worth my husband has an online coach who gets back to him straight away and costs a quarter of what GLJ costs! So for £160 pm I was expecting much better. It wasn't a pleasant experience overall and I'm now over £600 poorer with nothing to show for it.

I always had an on-off relationship with training. After 6 months of intense HIIT training sessions without seeing any improvement I took the plunge and started the Coached By GLJ program after coming across their posts on Instagram.
With my coach Abi, we focused on fat loss for the past 12 weeks. I can honestly say I have a new found appreciation for my body, something which I've rarely felt. I lost weight but more importantly gained strength and with this my confidence grew as well. I learned a lot about nutrition and training in general. The program took me a few weeks to get used to especially because I was new to tracking nutrition but after a while it becomes a normal part of the everyday routine.
Abi was there to guide throughout the program, and I never felt like I was being forced or pushed to complete any of the goals. In fact I appreciate that the program is not only tailored to me personally but also takes into consideration a number of factors including stress levels and rest.
If you're still thinking about it, sign up, do not wait for the next Monday, month or year. 12 weeks flew by so fast and I am so looking forward to the next phases of my program.

I decided to sign up to GLJ at the start of May due to a change in jobs which meant I had more time/energy to focus on fitness goals. This also coincided with being 16 weeks before my wedding, with the aim of feeling good on my wedding day.
I had my introductory call with Harvey who was very friendly and put my mind at ease regarding my health condition, discussing how they can work around any issues/flare ups I may have.
I worked with Louise for the 16 weeks who was very friendly, warm, enthusiastic and understanding. Without her support I wouldn't have been able to achieve the results I have obtained in that time. Having always been a 'yo-yo' dieter putting way too much pressure on myself, it was nice to have Louise encourage a balanced lifestyle which did include the odd drink/meal out and thanks to Louise I learned not to feel guilty about that. Without the support of an online coach, I don't think I would have consistently stuck to the plan. I also felt quite anxious being in the gym when I started, but Louise helped ease that anxiety and I now feel so much more confident having significantly increased the resistance throughout exercises. The plan is sustainable and works around your lifestyle. The calories slowly reduced and cardio increased at a rate that was manageable to me.
Reflecting on the past 16 weeks I have realised how much more controlled my chronic pain is and how my energy levels are more stable. I believe the consistent exercise paired with a change in job has led to this positive change in my health.
On top of the noticeable health benefits, I am over the moon with the changes in my physical appearance and the strength and stamina I have gained. I feel confident that I can manage my weight is a safe, healthy way due to the skills I have learned over the 16weeks.
I have loved my experience, the outcome of the 16 weeks and would highly recommend Louise and GLJ if you are thinking about online training.

I started my journey with GLJ three months ago and it has honestly been one of the best things I've ever done for myself. I had already been a gym goer for a while but needed the accountability, structure and guidance to achieve my goals. I cannot thank Louise enough for how supportive, sweet and encouraging she is. She has taken my training to a whole new level and has also helped me transition to a healthy approach to fuelling my body. I am now getting leaner, stronger, and I love how my body feels! I’m so pleased with the progress we’ve made so far and I’m super excited to see where we go!

Couldn’t recommend enough!
I’ve had the most amazing journey with Coached by GLJ! After years of overtraining I finally started to feel like I am in control of my body as I saw it slowly change.
As someone who has a super busy social life, it was very hard for me to stay consistent. Harvey recognised immediately that this might be what’s been holding back my progress and week after week came up with strategies to help me manage better my social time.
There were some hard moments in my journey but I felt Harvey’s support every time, which helped tremendously to keep going and not give up.
Not once have I felt judged for not hitting my weekly targets. Moreover he helped me be kinder to myself when that happened and I was feeling like I was “wasting” my effort.
After these couple of months of coaching I can definitely say that now I have a better relationship with myself and with food as well. So this was truly transformative journey to say the least. For me this was a life journey and not only a weight loss one. Thank you Harvey ❤️

Going to the gym, keeping fit, active and healthy have always been a huge part of my life. I have played competitive netball, have competed in weightlifting and CrossFit competitions, and have had several PTs / online coaches. Though I was still training regularly, I started to lose my ambition with my training and felt like I was just going through the motions. With my wedding planned for the end of August 2023, I really wanted to look and feel my best.
In the past, I have definitely fallen victim to overtraining and under-fuelling and this is something I was adamant I did not want to do this time around. I LOVE to train and I LOVE to eat and something I have always admired about Georgia is her training styles and just how much food she eats! With 10 months until my wedding, I signed up straight away.
Throughout my time with GLJ, they have specifically tailored training plans to suit my specific goals (increase glutes and hammies and to get leaner), the equipment my gym has on offer, my ever changing hectic work schedule, as well as multiple trips away, meals out and some injuries along the way. The part I find crucial in all of this, is the weekly check-ins I have with Harvey, my main coach. These provide me with accountability, endless streams of support, real talk, encouragement and reassurance. Harvey has really taken his time to get to know and understand me as an individual and I feel so grateful to have him as my coach.
Before I joined GLJ I must have been training 6/7 times a week, sometimes training multiple times a day. I was probably eating close to just 1,600 cals a day, as well as juggling a highly stressful job - a lot of exercise and stress and not much to fuel it.
So far, in my 10 months with GLJ, I have maintained my weight, gained muscle, lost fat and finally, just 3 weeks from my wedding, I have started my reverse diet. I would never have dreamed of INCREASING my calorie intake so close to my wedding day if I was on my own, but Harvey has broken everything down for me and got me into a position where I am able to do this. I am feeling the best I have ever felt mentally and physically. Though my progress hasn’t been linear, I now have a far better relationship with my food and training. I have dropped my training down to just 3 weights sessions a week, allowing me to properly rest and recover between sessions, to actually enjoy each session, as well as free up more time in my week for myself.
I really was um-ming and ahh-ing about whether I could afford coaching with GLJ on top of paying for a wedding, but it has been worth every penny. This has been everything I could have hoped for and more and I really cannot fault the service I have received, specifically from Harvey. If you are even considering coaching with GLJ, just do it! It has been, and still is, invaluable to me!

I initially came to GLJ wanting accountability but I have gained so much more than that! I couldn’t recommend the power duo, harv and G, more! I am a personal trainer and have trained for 6+ years but always focussed on muscle growth whereas in the past 3 months we have looked at fat loss. I have not only been educated on food and form, I have felt supported and heard throughout the experience. I also feel I have learnt so much about my own body and the way it responds to the quality of food. Harv has also been super accommodating for my ongoing knee injury which initially I thought would be an issue but he factored my physio exercises into the programme as well as made sure that nothing was aggravating the Injury! I can’t wait to continue grinding and see where I am in the next 3 months!

I have loved working with Coach G and the Coached by GLJ team. In my first few weeks of coaching, I was blown away by the time Georgia and Harv put into getting to know me and putting together a custom plan (based on my fitness level, eating habits, goals and access to workout equipment). They do not promote any short cuts or quick fixes and instead focus on hard work and realistic timelines.
There were so many weeks where I would have quit if I had only focused on the scale. Georgia is constantly calling out non-scale wins (measurements, consistency, images) which shifted my mindset and set me up for longer term success. She also perfectly balanced encouragement and accountability in her coaching style, knowing when to push but never making me feel guilty for getting off track.
I am so happy with the progress I've made and excited to see what else I can accomplish with the Coached by GLJ team in the coming weeks. They are the real deal - it will be hard work but you will feel 100% supported and so glad you decided to join the team!

I contacted Coach by GLJ in May of 2022 and I’ve been working with Harv as my coach since then, so over a year now. After having 4 kids, I went from 125lbs to my heaviest weight of 220lbs. I tried to loose weight for years. I would try different diets, that had very temporary results. My weight would go down, but then come back up with a vengeance. I was miserable, I was not feeling like myself, I did not like myself. I was no good to my self, my kids and my husband. I knew I needed to make a big change, a lifelong change. My way wasn’t working. So I reached out to G. It was terrifying. I’ve never been a gym person. I’ve been active, but never have stepped foot in a gym. I’m not going to lie, when I found out that Harv would be my coach, I was a bit intimidated and scared. He is a man, how would he knows and understand me and what I need? But he has proven me wrong since the start. He has been nothing but amazing. I wanted to take the slow approach, take my time to get used to things, learn, get disciplined. I didn’t want to just loose weight, I wanted to get strong. But I wanted to do those things from the comfort of my own home. Harv listened and he delivered. He’s been patient with me, encouraging and supportive. He has a plan, but he doesn’t mind to change it if things are not working for me. He makes sure that I’m ok with it, that I’m up for it, whether is a new workout routine, or going into diet deficit or maintaining. He is always reaching out to ask how I’m doing. I’ve made many mistakes along the way. It hasn’t been an easy or a smooth ride. But my coach has been there for me thought out it all. Thanks to Harv and his coaching and support, I’ve lost weight, but I’ve gained so much more. I’ve gained back my confidence and spirit, I have more energy, more endurance, I’m stronger mentally and physically, I have new knowledge and understanding, I’ve proven to myself that I can do it. It’s just takes time and the right person to guide you. Harv is that person for me!

Before starting with Louise I was debating for so long about getting an online coach but I’m so glad I did!! I’ve been training for a fair few years but always struggled with nutrition discipline and staying consistent at the gym. Having that accountability and support from a coach has been so helpful in getting back into a routine!! Check ins with Louise have also been really helpful for feedback/planning out the week ahead and even when I’ve gone off track at the weekend, she is so so supportive and and never makes me feel guilty.
I’ve started to see some noticeable changes which I’m really excited about and can’t wait to see what else I can achieve with GLJ!!

I’m so glad I got to work with Coached by GLJ for my fat loss and training! My only regret is not starting this program sooner, coach Louise has given me so much support and helped build my confidence both in the gym but also around meals, eating out, meal prepping etc which is something I struggled with so much. Before starting this program I tried to lose the weight I gained during residency and COVID over 6 or 7 months and didn’t lose any weight, if anything I gained another pound or two. Now working with Louise I can see that I was going through my macros all wrong and wasn’t optimizing my time in the gym, being scared to do most weight exercises. After only 12 weeks, I’ve already lost 4 kg of my original goal of 7-9 kg and feel way more confident in the gym. I could not be more thankful for this program and look forward to continuing on to see all the additional progress I’ll be able to make (and maintain!)

If you've been thinking about getting an online trainer, you will not regret working with GLJ and Harv! I had been thinking about it for months and finally took the plunge. My only regret is that I didn't start sooner! I highly recommend signing up!
I've been in the program for 11 weeks and am delighted by the results I've achieved in such a short period of time. A few things I've really enjoyed in particular:
1. I love that GLJ is food agnostic and supports whichever way a person wants to eat as long as it fits the macros and is nutrient-dense. I eat 90% plant-based and not once have G or Harv made me feel like this is an issue or that I can't achieve my goals (an attitude which I've definitely seen from other trainers!). I've also loved not feeling guilty about having chocolate or wine from time to time...I just log it in the app and if it fits my macros for the day, I enjoy. It's a really healthy way to approach eating/life (having nothing 'off-limits'). Not once have I felt like I'm on a 'diet' as a result, despite being in a calorie deficit for fat loss the entire 11 weeks so far.
2. Harv gives great feedback on my form. He is very detail-oriented about making sure form is correct to avoid injury and to fully utilise the right muscles. My squat in particular has come leaps and bounds and I'm finally starting to see the results in my glutes and legs as a result. I've worked out for years and I had no idea how WRONG my squat form was!
3. I love the weekly check-in process they've established. At first, it felt a bit tedious having to weigh, photograph and measure myself every week, but it has been incredible to see the transformation via the photos and also the graphs in the app. I've been weighing myself and tracking weight for years but the photo journal thing in the app is a game-changer for motivation and progress.
4. Last but certainly not least, Harv has been extremely responsive to my needs and has worked with me to adapt the program based on changing life circumstances. When I started with GLG, I had a lot of time to commit to my fitness goals and wanted to do a few F45 sessions in addition to the lifts, but more recently my change in work schedule has limited the amount of time I can be in the gym/F45. Harv has worked with me to adapt the lifts so I can fit them in with my sometimes hectic schedule without losing out on results. He has also been open to incorporating a few lifts I wanted to learn (Smith Machine Squats, etc.). I so appreciate Harv's willingness to do this! He listens and cheers me on. He understands life changes and wants to work with me to make a plan so I can achieve my results.

Harv and G know what they’re doing, they take time to check in with you each week, give you actionable feedback and provide guidance where needed. They don’t play into the diet culture crap and I feel so strong and empowered after a year with them!
