Christina is fantastic and you will get a weekly check in with her but she’s always on hand to answer any questions or offer advice & support. There’s also an amazing community that you can reach out to.
Great experience
I signed up with Christina in January 2025 after years of trying and failing at a slimming club.
Christina is so supportive and knowledgeable, the app is easy to use and the workouts easy to follow. Logging food is also simple. Over my year and 3 months with Christina I have learnt about more about nutrition and what my body needs. For the first time in nearly 30 years I actually feel good about my body and feel I now have the tools succeed where I have failed before. All this with enjoying delicious food and finding the correct balance. Thank you Christina.

It’s been a great experience working with Christina and would highly recommend her to anyone. Really supportive throughout my whole plan, great advice, workouts and meal plan. 3 years later I have learnt so much particularly about balance, and how to be able to keep eating the things you love. Weekly check ins kept me on track and it was brilliant having all the macros worked out for you with lots of variety with recipes. Thank you so much Christina for building my confidence and changing my mindset so I don’t just eat and exercise to look better but also to feel better and be healthy. Would encourage anyone that wants to feel better and look after themselves to start coaching with Christina.

Amazing online coach
I have been working with Christina for the last 14 months and highly recommend her as an online trainer. She is so knowledgeable and her app is really easy to navigate. The workout plans come with demonstrations to follow which makes them super easy and the meal plans contain so many delicious meals to choose from as a vegetarian, Christina happily adapted any meals for me if I requested them. Throughout my time with Christina, I have learnt an important lesson about balance and not restricting myself. I have also learned that scale rate is not the most important thing. The biggest change for me has been mentally and I now feel confident moving forward on my own to continue my journey. Christina supported me through personal things and was always an air to listen. I highly recommend her and would definitely go back if I find myself in the position of needing a coach again. Thank you Christina!

Best decision I’ve made
Signing up to Christina’s programme was the best decision I’ve ever made. She’s worked with me throughout to create meal plans & workouts tailored to me and my life. I’ve lost the weight I wanted to but, more importantly, I’ve found consistency and direction in my fitness journey. I now enjoy my workouts and have learnt that I can have tasty and filling meals and still lose/maintain weight. I’m so much more knowledgeable and confident than when I started, I know that I can maintain the weight that I’ve lost now. I’d highly recommend Christina to anyone

I have loved being a part of Christina’s community. I’ve learned so much about my body and weight lifting, it’s made me feel so much more confident going to the gym. The app is absolutely fantastic, I love all the meals that she gives you in your plan and there’s always the option to switch some out if your not keen which is great. The meal plans are fabulous and they take into account the foods you enjoy and you can swap things out or tweak it at weekly check in. Regular lesson plans sent to the app to read and educate on different areas.

She is on hand to support throughout the process to provide advice and guidance and motivate you to achieve your goals. Was with Christina for well over a year she really helped me with motivation and getting in a good swing of balance. A really great guide to help you through a busy life and achieve your fitness goals
I’ve worked with Christina for over a year and enjoyed her plan and advice. Since joining, she’s encouraged a healthier relationship with food and really given me the confidence to try a different type of working out. Prior to the plan, I did a lot of cardio and stuck to 1200 calories a day with very little reward. On Christina’s plan, I’m rarely hungry as the meals (which are very tasty and easy to prep) and snacks keep you constantly full. I’ve also switched exercise to start lifting weights and my body shape has changed a lot and plus, I’m just more confident in the gym. It’s a fun way to get healthier and you learn a lot along the way. I’d encourage anyone thinking about signing up to a diet plan to give this one a try.
