I purchased a duvet protector which came with two pillow protectors, fast delivery, very nice material, ive always had protectors on duvets, keeps them clean but this one is by far the nicest , good price, would definitely recommend

The pillows we ordered didn’t last beyond the first night of use. My son wet his bed and the pillows soaked the urine and didn’t repel the fluid described. We threw the pillows in the bin.

I bought a duvet cover and pillow case set. After the first wash, the duvet cover had a giant run that resulted in holes because the fabric was so thin. I’ve emailed multiple times asking if this is a manufacturing default as surely one wash cannot cause the cover to fall apart but have not received any response.

The mattress cover looks good but as most new products until they are used we don’t know how good they are.

I ordered two Opulance Zero Twist bath towels from this company. I only received 1 and 1 Inferior towel.
I sent the inferior towel back on the 1st October and they received it on 3rd October but to date I have not received the replacement towel they promised to send.
