I pre-ordered a Riftbound Vendetta booster box that was supposed to arrive on July 31st, but it never arrived. I have emailed customer support regarding my missing order and I still have yet to get any response. It is incredibly frustrating to not receive the product I paid for and be completely ignored by their team.

SCAM. Their website took payment for an order multiple times, but somehow they did it through bank transfer. After they initially acknowledged the error and promised to sort it, they never did anything, even after multiple follow-ups. Having to go through my bank to recover and will be taking to small claims court if necessary as it's no small amount of money.

Thieves. They Accidentally opened the preorder for a product and had tens of people waiting months for a refund. No communication at all, had to chargeback to get my money back after month of waiting and being ignored by email and their own support systen. Would not recommend

Item was originally delayed and promised a shipment date of Monday 03/08, since then all my attempts at contact have been ignored, no sign of my item.

Unprofessional.

Shockingly bad company. Ordered a pre-order for an item I was very excited for, they then cancelled my order 4 weeks later for no apparent reason and issued me a refund on my initial charge. Upon looking closer they had charged me the same amount the day after my first charge and have failed to refund this one. Its been months, I have tried contacting them with no answer. I've had to resort to opening a claim with my bank. DO NOT buy from here.

Poor service. Made a pre order for Pokemon booster box. Waited 8 weeks for dispatch, Never sent it, said had been dispatched with Royal Mail, but never updated?.. They Responded to email at first, then went quiet! Didn’t send refund, had to open case with PayPal, never responded to that either. Won in my favor as unresponsive seller. Avoid. Poor & unprofessional.

Didn't bother sending items and no way to get hold of them AVOID AVOID AVOID don't waste your money!!!

Took money for my pre-order months ago, then proceeded to cancel my order upon release date and still haven’t been refunded in over 3 weeks. Shocking/non-existent customer service.

Avoid these scammers. Look at reviews.
They accidentally sold one piece booster boxes as apparently they went live on website by accident instead of a raffle.
They promised they would refund people by end of week and then a week later they said manually over 2 days and still didn't do it. Took loads of people's money as still haven't paid anyone back after 1 month.

They blamed the delay on people claiming charge back through their banks. People wouldn't of done that if they refunded within a appropriate amount of time.

Absolutely appalling customer service.
They ignore all emails, phone calls and discord messages.

As you can probably see by all the other reviews, it appears they had oversold the OP16 boxes, which on its own in annoying, but not responding to anyone who bought it and making people have to get their money back via chargebacks isn’t professional and because of this I will not be returning here, and I suggest you don’t either unless you want your money to be held hostage.

This is a scam. Do not use. They do not reply to messages or calls and having to attempt to get a refund via my bank.

Ordered from this seller in early June and they randomly cancelled my order soon after without refunding me. They are now ignoring all of my emails in which I am trying to get an update on my refund. Please avoid this company!

Bought OP16 drop back in June, then a few weeks AFTER the drop - got a cancellation email, no explanation, nothing.

Reached out to support multiple times - completely ignored, seems they don't have a problem immediately taking your money even when they don't have the stock but will ignore you when you try to get your refund back (12 days after the "refund" is processed) so they withheld my money for over a 3 weeks now.

Horrible business, horrible service - 0 communication

In the process with getting the money back from my bank from this fraudulant business. Don't buy from this place - clearly ran by incompetent clowns

Took money from loads of customers for OP16 and chaos rising pokemon and didn’t send the order. People are still asking for refunds and the owner is ducking everyone. Fake and scammed

Very poor company. Just cancelled my order for a reason I requested it which I didn’t. And now, not even replying to answer my email about the refunds but they’re happy to do raffles online which mean they wanted to more money from people.

They cancelled a preorder, fine, but they say they can't refund directly, so I need to provide my bank details, they then proceed to ghost me without a refund

Placed order, no item received, no updates. Reached out serval times by email and website form but no reply. Item has been updated to say has been dispatched but Royal Mail still havnt received it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Scammers !! Avoid!! They will cancel your order and lie it was refunded than ignoring your messages and never send your money back!!
