No contact, no phone number. Rubbish!

The sensors are fine, but I had an issue so emailed them several times but they never bothered to reply.

Pity there is no zero star option bearing in mind they did nothing...
Emailed them on the 17th July 2024 asking about a Cobra fob on their website that I was intending to buy, all I wanted was some advise on synching this new fob to my current alarm. Glad I didn't buy it and then email them as today is the 16th Aug 2024 and no reply.
Ignorant pigs.

The car alarm a replacement key fob i ordered has not arrived. Tried the contact us page on the Cobra Car Tech website and no reply what’s been received after 24 hours. The telephone number on the internet does not work.

Very disappointing they are so hard to contact.

If I do not hear anything in another 24 hours I will be contacting my credit card company to get the money back.

I asked for advice on the alarm before I bought it and had no answers.
After I bought it I have asked for a wiring diagram to fit the alarm and yet again no help and communication of them.

ordered a key fob replacement said it would arrive in 1-3 days as i paid extra for delivery i needed it as soon as possible its been 2 weeks now still not arrived i have tried contaction customer service still not responde Avoid purchasing from this place

I have contacted you twice about the fact that the most important part of the fob I purchased was the strap to attach it to the key ring was not in the packet I have subsequently got one from a local supplier Motor Modes in Tewkesbury at a future cost of £7.50 I require another fob as only one was supplied with the motorhome I will be using them as I don't trust your company

Ordered two replacement car alarm cases and they arrived promptly. However, it was impossible to connect the two halves of each case together; there is no way they would fit! I tried phoning, the number found online is unobtainable. I tried emailing several times and was completely ignored. It wasn’t until I involved PayPal that we got any reaction at all. They then agreed to refund my money if I returned their defective/faulty goods. Of course they haven’t refunded my return postage for returning these so I am still out of pocket!
