Resposta da Cocktailtopperspro
Dear Lorraine,
We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t fully satisfied with the image quality on your topper. The quality of the final product is directly linked to the resolution of the uploaded image. When lower-quality images are provided, the printed result may not appear as sharp as expected. We recommend uploading high-resolution images for the best outcome and are always available to guide customers in selecting suitable images.
If you have any questions or would like assistance with future orders, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,
Giovanna
Right product, wrong delivery!
The toppers were exactly what I wanted, but were sent to the billing address instead of the shipping address which mean they were not able to be used for the special event we had ordered them for.

Reasonable , good quality and great customer service
Really well priced , great customer service. The image I sent was a bit blurry which I didn’t realise but instead of just printing they got in touch to resend then also sent me a preview photo to make sure I was happy with it. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you guys! Xx
