Beautiful planner and amazing service!

Dreadful, deeply upsetting and rude customer service
Also confirming my experience with customer service last week was deeply, deeply unpleasant regarding an order which was refunded in full and then no further communication despite me only asking for some of the order to be cancelled and refunded. I feel so sorry for this artist as they are so talented but this type of customer service has an impact.

Cocorrina is a small, two-person, family-run brand where every order is carefully handled with dedication and love. Theo is an essential part of bringing our creations to life, handling everything from packaging and shipping to customer service and management. Without him, none of what we create would reach the hands of those who support us.
We communicate with our customers thoroughly and transparently, and your case was no exception. We responded to your requests and, despite the difficulties of the interaction, you received a full refund—not because we did anything wrong, but because we chose to resolve the situation in a way that was fair to both parties.
While we always strive to assist our customers, we also believe that mutual respect is important in all interactions. If a conversation becomes difficult or demanding beyond what we can reasonably accommodate, we sometimes have to make the decision to step back. We understand that emotions can run high in online transactions, but at the end of the day, no one was left empty-handed, and no money was “taken” from you.
Our goal is always to create a positive experience, and we regret that this situation didn’t unfold as expected. We appreciate your past support and wish you all the best.

Customer service bad experience
Unfortunately, the customer service is awful. The artist and her work are so incredible and I wish I could continue buying. I love her cards!! Her husband, unfortunately who responded to my emails regarding a mistake with Shopify was incredibly rude and hurtful. It was such a shock to receive his email response that I don’t even think I can use the cards that I currently have of hers. I’ll probably have to do a ceremony and burn them in a fire. Wishing everybody well, but sadly, the customer service is horrible! An experience that a year later still sits with me in a way that is just disheartening. truly fell in love with her cards and made a sincere mistake when I was reaching out to Shopify, thinking that it was going to reach the business personally. I had never used it before. And the husband Theo came back with a completely uncompassionate and demeaning email totally character assassinating me, and blaming me for destroying their business because I reached out to Shopify saying that we did not get the shipment because of a robbery. I have the email saved and still to this day. I’m shocked how he could be in charge of their customer service. never be able to purchase from them again unfortunately.

When an order is lost, we always encourage our customers to reach out directly so we can resolve the issue by offering a refund or a replacement. Unfortunately, instead of contacting us, your claim was filed directly with Shopify as a fraud case, which had serious consequences for our small business. This action caused Shopify to flag our shop as fraudulent, which is incredibly damaging to a two-person, family-run brand like ours.
Theo’s response came from a place of genuine hurt, as your claim directly affected our ability to operate. We understand that you may not have realized the full impact of filing a fraud report instead of simply reaching out to us, and we never intended for our response to feel uncompassionate. However, we also want to be transparent that this situation created real hardships for us.
We sincerely wish things had played out differently and that we could have had the opportunity to resolve the situation before it escalated. We take customer satisfaction seriously and always aim for mutual understanding. If there is anything we can do to bring closure, we are open to that conversation.
We truly appreciate your past support and love for our work. We’re sorry that this situation left a lasting impact, and we wish you all the best.

Incredibly talented Artist and Art and and a horrible attitude towards customers that turns to hatred.
The first place I want to start is by recognizing the talent of Corina Nika. What this author does is insanely beautiful and elegant.
When I saw a fundraiser on kickstarter.com in March 2023 - I immediately chose one of the most expensive lots. The due date was November 2023.
In November I saw a message from the author about delays, and just waited, realizing that complications happen.
Periodically I remembered about my lot, and on 11 April 2024 I saw a single private message from the author, sent on 17 January 2024, asking for a shipping address.
I immediately provided the address and was excited that I would soon receive my long-awaited lot.
A month passed - there was no word from COCORRINA. Not at all.
I wrote a message on kickstarter.com and again received no response.
In chats where I also left comments - someone answered me that my order was cancelled and I will not receive it, because I sent a response in time. I was surprised, as no one had ever written to me about the existence of such conditions. At that time I didn't pay much attention to it. Later it became clear to me.
Realizing that something had gone wrong, I saw the contact details of Drector and wrote him a private message with a screenshot attached asking him how to get my order and why no one was responding to me. The response surprised me - I was sent to write to the corporate email, I asked him to investigate my issue and write to me how to get my order as no one is answering me.
In response I was accused of writing a personal message (strange - why should I specify my contacts?) and that I was always answered, and maybe it's me who doesn't know how to use the mail. Further I was explained that it was my own fault that I did not reply in time, missed all the deadlines and that in this case I will not receive anything!
The answer to my questions and indignation - was a message that my lot was cancelled. And I was blocked from being able to write private messages and leave comments on kickstarter.com.
How will you feel about the fact that a person calling himself a director, having received a question from a customer who has been waiting for a paid lot for over a year, will start sending you away, settling scores with you and realizing impunity to cancel the order? I treat with understanding, and at the same time, I am writing this review to warn you that you should think before you order and pay for something from COCORRINA, your order may forget to send or sell to another or simply lost, and if you forget about it - you will be accused of being at fault and at best return the money.
This is an example of not loving the most valuable thing any business has - customers.
Corina Nika - Talented artiste. What I can't say about business and its management.

We’d like to clarify that Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform, not a traditional store. When backers pledge support, they help bring a project to life, and in return, we fulfill rewards as promised. However, Kickstarter does not automatically provide us with backers’ addresses—instead, backers must manually submit their shipping details when requested.
We reached out multiple times asking for your address but did not receive a response until a year after the campaign ended. Unfortunately, we had to finalize fulfillment and close shipping for the project, as we cannot indefinitely hold products due to logistics and production constraints.
We are truly sorry that this situation led to disappointment. Our intention has always been to provide the best experience possible, but we also rely on timely communication from our backers to complete fulfillment smoothly. If there’s anything else we can assist with, please feel free to reach out.
