Everything Cocorrina makes is an absolute dream! The products are so well-made and created with so much intention. I also always appreciate how quickly my items arrive from them, shipping all the way from Europe to the US. Always so gorgeously packaged too! I love this company so, so much!

I ordered the planner and I could not be happier with it! The order arrived super quickly, the quality is amazing and the planner is just so beautiful, it exceeded my expectations! The owner was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process as well! I would definitely order something again!

Everything is made with love, the creator's character is poured into their art. I liked the whole experience, i loved the community of people that have come together sharing their passion and the artist involves everyone on their creative journey

Also confirming my experience with customer service last week was deeply, deeply unpleasant regarding an order which was refunded in full and then no further communication despite me only asking for some of the order to be cancelled and refunded. I feel so sorry for this artist as they are so talented but this type of customer service has an impact.

Unfortunately, the customer service is awful. The artist and her work are so incredible and I wish I could continue buying. I love her cards!! Her husband, unfortunately who responded to my emails regarding a mistake with Shopify was incredibly rude and hurtful. It was such a shock to receive his email response that I don’t even think I can use the cards that I currently have of hers. I’ll probably have to do a ceremony and burn them in a fire. Wishing everybody well, but sadly, the customer service is horrible! An experience that a year later still sits with me in a way that is just disheartening. truly fell in love with her cards and made a sincere mistake when I was reaching out to Shopify, thinking that it was going to reach the business personally. I had never used it before. And the husband Theo came back with a completely uncompassionate and demeaning email totally character assassinating me, and blaming me for destroying their business because I reached out to Shopify saying that we did not get the shipment because of a robbery. I have the email saved and still to this day. I’m shocked how he could be in charge of their customer service. never be able to purchase from them again unfortunately.

The first place I want to start is by recognizing the talent of Corina Nika. What this author does is insanely beautiful and elegant.
When I saw a fundraiser on kickstarter.com in March 2023 - I immediately chose one of the most expensive lots. The due date was November 2023.
In November I saw a message from the author about delays, and just waited, realizing that complications happen.
Periodically I remembered about my lot, and on 11 April 2024 I saw a single private message from the author, sent on 17 January 2024, asking for a shipping address.
I immediately provided the address and was excited that I would soon receive my long-awaited lot.
A month passed - there was no word from COCORRINA. Not at all.
I wrote a message on kickstarter.com and again received no response.
In chats where I also left comments - someone answered me that my order was cancelled and I will not receive it, because I sent a response in time. I was surprised, as no one had ever written to me about the existence of such conditions. At that time I didn't pay much attention to it. Later it became clear to me.
Realizing that something had gone wrong, I saw the contact details of Drector and wrote him a private message with a screenshot attached asking him how to get my order and why no one was responding to me. The response surprised me - I was sent to write to the corporate email, I asked him to investigate my issue and write to me how to get my order as no one is answering me.
In response I was accused of writing a personal message (strange - why should I specify my contacts?) and that I was always answered, and maybe it's me who doesn't know how to use the mail. Further I was explained that it was my own fault that I did not reply in time, missed all the deadlines and that in this case I will not receive anything!
The answer to my questions and indignation - was a message that my lot was cancelled. And I was blocked from being able to write private messages and leave comments on kickstarter.com.
How will you feel about the fact that a person calling himself a director, having received a question from a customer who has been waiting for a paid lot for over a year, will start sending you away, settling scores with you and realizing impunity to cancel the order? I treat with understanding, and at the same time, I am writing this review to warn you that you should think before you order and pay for something from COCORRINA, your order may forget to send or sell to another or simply lost, and if you forget about it - you will be accused of being at fault and at best return the money.
This is an example of not loving the most valuable thing any business has - customers.
