Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed! I received an email with a promo code to receive 50% off any toy and when I inputted the code at check out it said it was invalid. Mind you, the toy I was purchasing was advertised in the email as one of the items that qualified. I reached out to support and was told there wasn't anything they could do about it.
If the promo code was expired at the time I made my purchase, I would completely understand. However, the fact that the promo code didn't work at all for my purchase when it should have and being told by customer service/ support that there was nothing they could do about it really made it a terrible experience as a first time customer.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed! On Black Friday, Coco Village should offer free shipping like other companies do and like you offer at other times throughout the year. I ordered a balance board and makeup kit at 30% off back in September knowing the board was on back order and told it would ship at end of October.Still no board, missing grandsons birthday! Denied request for price adjustment on both items at Black Friday 50% or to cancel order and reorder at less cost.Best company offered was to mail the makeup kit out to get item in time for Christmas. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I’ve recommend Coco Village to others in the past. NEVER AGAIN!

Worst Customer Service EVER
This was genuinely the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. It took MONTHS for the product (a market) to arrive and then one of the parts was defective. I was offered a $50 gift card, which considering I have to buy wood and reconstruct it; $50 is almost a joke. I was also offered a replacement part, but that would require my child to wait one month to play with his new toy. I was told a "supervisor" would call me to help resolve my issue. Suddenly I get an email that phones aren't available and I wasn't allowed to talk to a supervisor. I have NEVER heard a
of a company refuse to call back and refuse to allow me to speak to someone else.
I'm renovating a basement and intended to purchase most furniture from here, given the lack of care, LONG shipping delays, and outright arrogance of the employees; I won't be spending another penny of this site and I suggest you don't either.

I love this brand and everything they stand for. The quality of everything I have purchased so far is amazing. I wish shipping were a bit quicker, and it would be nice if the website had the “add to cart” button on the left side because I am constantly accidentally adding things to my cart while I scroll, but these are small complaints in comparison.

I installed their balance bike for my kid. After only one month use, the handle cracked and the spike coming out cut my little one’s finger to bleed.
Customer service refused to take any actions at first because the purchase date was a few days past one year (I bought it as a keepsake gift for my baby 1 year birthday).
I showed them pictures with date stamps to prove that I only used this bike for one month. After several attempts and escalated to their manager, they acknowledged it is not my fault but a product defectiveness. However they refused to return or replace the bike. Only agreed to replace the bike handle and it will be in a totally different color. My bike is pink & mint and their handle is brown.
With too much pain in communication with their customer service team, disappointment in their attitudes toward defective baby products, and distrust in their entire product quality control, I refused their proposal and stopped giving this bike to my kid. She is no longer interested in it because of the bad memory. Do not know how long it will take for her to forget and re-enjoy other kinds of bikes.
As a toy designed for kid age 1-2, it should last longer than 2 years. Wood products do have some marks and can be imperfect but they should never be dangerous and causing injuries. And typically wood toys should last even longer if they are in good quality.
As a new parent, this is my first time facing a serious toy safety issue. And it really disappoints me a company that is good at designing all the beautiful baby toys are not willing to take appropriate actions to address their product quality issues.

Great quality & Customer service
I ordered quite a bit of items for this upcoming Christmas season (I shop super early), and I have to say the items are super cute and such great quality. Not to mention shipped in a timely manner too (placed my order on October 3rd and received by October 17th). One of the items, I noticed had a little piece that was split (probably just from manufacturing, no biggie- it happens), I reached out and the person who I have been in contact with has responded in a quick and timely manner and is working to send me a replacement piece. So far I love the items and the customer service. I can’t wait until the kids get their presents this year :)

I had a small issue that required me to get in contact with their customer service department. They immediately worked out my issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered overalls, rain jacket, halloween costume and umbrellas. Everything looks so cute and well made.
However one umbrella had an issue. I reached out to costumer service. I’m impressed, they were soooooo fast to solve the problem.

I've ordered a couple times from them and have absolutely loved their products! The learning tower is my favorite. It was so easy to put together, the quality is great, and my daughter LOVES it. I don't understand all the negative reviews - my products have always arrived in a timely manner and in great condition.

I’ve had good experiences with… Customer Service
I’ve had good experiences with Cocovillage in the past and lately I’ve just been really disappointed.
A product I placed back in July took a month to receive, I had to seek out help actually get my products to ship. I received them and they were busted- I got a Partial refund (wasn’t super happy with, but I let it go). The quality of products was cheap, I purchased the growth charts and the hinges were broken. They were scraped and dented. I was disappointed for sure, Cocovillage has had cute stuff at an affordable price for Quality products, but that’s not really the case anymore.
Fast forward to now, I purchased a gift for my niece and it’s been a month- again. I contacted customer service, again, and they are going to get back to me. The customer service has been helpful for me, so I gave them a 2 star but I probably won’t be purchasing from them again.

slow slow slow and poor craftsmanship
It’s took over a month for my order to even ship and it would have taken longer if I didn’t reach out to customer service regarding the delay and being put on the “priority” shipping list. Once my order finally arrived it was disappointing to find that one of the pieces was cut wrong and I had to, once again, contact customer service for a replacement piece. Although friendly, customer service took over a week and a half to respond. The product is cute, but not so unique that I can’t find similar items somewhere else without having to go through the hassle. I will not be purchasing from coco village again.

I purchased an item LESS than a week ago and now its discounted further and they refused to price adjust. Go with the BIG BOX store next time! I tried to do my part to shop small, but this is what happens. Also, I wish I would've read these reviews before ordering :(

Awful quality product and service
Awful quality product. Awful customer service.
Our product had tons of issues (after waiting forever for it to arrive).
Wanted a new one or refund, only received parts, that also have issues) we have had to drill new holes and pretty much rebuild the kitchen ourselves. Would never recommend to anyone.

Been eyeing the wooden veggies, I almost got them from different seller but they were $6 more so I thought I’ll be saving if I waited to get them restock but the shipping fee is so expensive so I ended up spending more, wish they were in stock in the other seller so I could save few $ from them
